| Faced with the acceleration of population aging and urbanization in China,the landscape environment of the residential area for the elderly has been paid more and more attention.The purpose of this paper is to create a landscape environment suitable for aging residential areas,so that the elderly can enjoy their happiness on the basis of "living in the old",meet their physical,psychological and behavioral needs,and then enjoy their old age healthily and happily.First of all,starting from the current situation of aging in China and the landscape environment of the residential area for the elderly,as well as the development situation of suitable aging landscape at home and abroad,the paper clarified the research purpose and significance of the paper,determined the research scope and content,and formulated the research method and research framework.Secondly,on the basis of literature research,the physical and psychological characteristics of the elderly were sorted out,and the temporal and spatial characteristics of the behavior of the elderly in the residential area were investigated.It has agglomeration,regionality and time domain,and summarizes the elderly to live.The special needs of the landscape environment of the district.Afterwards,the field environment of two new old-age residential areas in Kunming was investigated.According to the shortcomings of the design and the practical experience that can be learned,based on certain scientific theories,survey results and analysis of relevant domestic and international cases,this paper summarizes The principles and key points of the landscape design method for the aging of residential areas,including the principles of safety,maturity and integrity;the main points include: sense of belonging,spatial compounding,and active intervention.Finally,the paper selects the actual design project of the aging landscape in the Yunqing Garden residential area of Kunming City,which is located in the pleasant climate of Yunnan Province.It aims to provide a new home care environment for the retired comrades who work in the cold and anoxic areas of Qinghai Province for a long time.The aging landscape design objectives of the residential area are consistent,and there is a certain engineering application to solve the problem.The project aims at the special needs of the elderly for the landscape environment.Under the guidance of the principles and key points of the aging landscape design in the residential area,the detailed and systematic design and application of the landscape design content is carried out,and the suitable aging landscape design of the residential area is summarized.Countermeasures:1)For the physiological characteristics of the elderly: the traffic planning is to divertpeople and vehicles,form a loop and introduce a first aid system;Multi-level identification is set on the guidance system,and the recognition degree is improved by amplifying the font,increasing the contrast,and lighting;setting up a convenience service such as a toilet,a drinking place,an umbrella,etc.;using a combination of steps and ramps on the height difference floor;It adopts permeable and non-glare materials;the lighting adopts multi-point and soft light design;the garden road is equipped with high and low handrails;the sports and sports equipment is set up;the comfortable micro-climate environment is created through plant ecological facilities;the shelter of wind and rain shelter is set;Wide seat and additional armrests.2)Targeting the psychological characteristics of the elderly: creating a familiar landscape environment for the elderly;providing a private social space;providing a space for cultural activities;setting up a portable mobile seat;selecting a plant with a non-toxic sting,and a plant with a seasonal focus on the five senses;providing the elderly Hydrophilic facilities;combine children’s and seniors’ activity venues;set up plantation interactive participation spaces.3)Targeting behavior characteristics of the elderly: group-type multi-type spatial layout;providing collective exercise sites for the elderly.The above-mentioned residential area suitable for aging landscape design countermeasures,in order to provide some reference for the practice and evaluation of suitable aging landscape design in China’s elderly residential areas. |
