Design Of Cable Electrical Performance Analysis Software Based On Automatic Cable Network Test Equipment

Because the cable network usually has a large scale,complicated structure,numerous electrical connector specifications and models,and complicated electrical connection relationships,it is a complicated task to test the electrical performance of cable.The automatic test equipment only judges the qualified range of the cable's electrical performance test values and program set values.In addition,in the current production mode,the electrical performance test data for each model and phase of the cable is continuously accumulated,disorderly,and lacks unified management.In view of this,according to the actual needs of enterprises,develop a set of cable electrical performance analysis software based on cable network automated test equipment.This software development tool is Microsoft's VS2017.The programming language is an object-oriented C # language.It adopts a three-tier architecture based on C / S network for modular design,and uses a SQLite database to access test data.This paper mainly addresses the following four aspects:Firstly,database design.Database design can realize the fast and minimum data redundancy on the basis of ensuring the correctness and independence of the original data.Secondly,data import efficiency.There are a large number of cable electrical performance test data,and it is necessary to ensure the efficiency of data import during batch import.Thirdly,algorithm design.Statistical algorithms such as average value,maximum value,variance,confidence interval,and fitting are used to perform envelope analysis,comparative analysis,and consistency analysis on the data.Finally,visual display.In the cable electrical performance analysis software,the average-confidence interval control chart,proportional statistical histogram and envelope map are designed for data display and comparison.And Echarts is used for chart display to realize more dynamic and intuitive.This paper innovates the management and analysis methods of cable electrical performance test data,which can realize automatic data import,intelligent query,and calculation analysis.It can enhance the value of electrical performance test data in cable production and its field,and help diagnose the pre-existence hidden quality problems,determine the change law of the electrical performance of the batch of cables.
