| With the development of electronic technology,much electrical equipment is used in the car.The electrical equipment plays an important role in improving vehicle safety,comfort and stability.How to improve the reliability of the vehicle electrical system design become the key issues to be resolved.Through the electric system performance test,the problems of this system can be found,which also provides reference for optimal design of components selection and matching.This paper studied the electric system performance testing technology.The test specification has been established.Based on virtual instrument technology and the LabVIEW software,the hardware and software of performance test system has been designed.With the method of performance test and model simulation,the validity of the test system has been verified.The main contents are as follows:1.Through the study of the selection of key components,the object and parameter of performance test is put.According to the typical abnormal condition,the test specifications are established.Then software and hardware development requirements of the vehicle performance test system are put forward.2.Based on software and hardware development requirements,the vehicle performance test system has been designed.NI CompactRIO 9074 controller is selected as the core of hardware system.The controller embed the FPGA chip and real-time control system,which can collect a large number data efficiently,real-timely and accurately,and ensure the integrity of the sampled data.Through the selection and integration design of all parts of hardware system,integrated test device have been designed.The hardware can collect the electrical,temperature and CAN bus signals,and it satisfy requirements of the high precision,high stability and low power.In LabVIEW programming environment,with the method of modular design,each function module of software has been designed,which realize the function of electrical system parameter configuration,collection,storage and analysis and automatic report generation.3.Test system validity has been verified by stability,accuracy and linearity tests.Through the model of MATLAB,the validity of the test system has been verified furtherly.The car has been tested by the test system.Test results show that operation of vehicle performance test system is stable and reliable,and can accomplish the project of the performance test of the electric system. |
