The technological development of modern agricultural machinery is inseparable from the development of product testing.Product testing and testing has been integrated into all aspects of R&D,design and manufacturing of agricultural machinery products.The valuable data generated during product testing is the fault diagnosis of product development and manufacturing process.Improved analysis provides important data support to form a closed loop of simulation analysis—product design—product prototyping—product testing—product improvement.From the research and development,prototype trial production to mass production,a tractor product has carried out a large number of tests on the whole machine and various components,accumulated a large amount of test data,how to effectively manage and organize these scattered,diverse,and complex format test data.It has always been a problem that plagues test managers.On the other hand,with the continuous development of product testing research,the integration of experimental testing and big data technology,people hope to extract valuable information from massive data,find hidden data rules in test and test,and be product developers.The testers provided data support.Luoyang Tractor Research Institute has the test business related to tractors and diesel engines,and also faces the problems of the above test data management.This topic closely focuses on the needs of the test data management of Luoyang Tractor Research Institute.It aims to develop a test data management(TDM)system to realize a wide variety of test equipment,test benches and information technology of different professional test data.Management,and provide a wealth of experimental data visualization,mining valuable information from massive test data,providing data support for test management decision-making,product development.The management objects of the system include: test power of attorney,test data,test items,test resources,and so on.The MVC design pattern is borrowed from the development process of the system.View presentation,business logic and data processing are separated from each other,reducing program coupling.This article first briefly introduces the technical development of test data management,and determines the technical requirements and management pain points of test data management by comparing the current domestic and foreign research status of the test data management system.Secondly,it introduces the main technologies used to develop the test data management system,and analyzes the system requirements in detail from the aspects of test data,test resources,test business,authority and performance.Finally,based on the requirements of experimental data management,database design,interface UI design,PHP design language,MySQL database are used to design and implement the system,and test the main functional modules of the system.The developed TDM system has been used in the company.The functional modules such as the test power of attorney,test project,test resources and knowledge base have met the company’s business requirements for test data management.The data visualization function module has realized the test equipment use load and the test personnel attendance.The rate and the visualization of the data parameters of the whole engine and traction force provide powerful data support for optimizing test management and data analysis.
