The quality of aerospace cable solder joints is difficult to meet the needs of future aerospace electronics solder joint quality inspection by manual visual inspection.Due to the immaturity of the welding process and the mistakes in the manual operation,the solder joints may have sharp edges and pits.The defects in the cable welding process will not only affect the work of the aerospace products,but also lead to major safety accidents.It has brought huge losses to the aerospace industry.Therefore,researching a cable solder joint inspection system with good reliability and high accuracy has become one of the urgent problems in the production of aerospace products.For this reason,this thesis is based on a certain type of aerospace welding joint.The detection requirements,using image processing and optical detection technology,designed a detection system that can meet the current aerospace welding production needs.Firstly,the thesis introduces the development process of aerospace cable production technology and solder joint inspection technology and the research status at home and abroad,and discusses the application of image processing in cable inspection.Secondly,according to the graphic preprocessing technology,the collected solder joint images are processed by graying,filtering and histogram equalization,and the advantages and disadvantages of mean filtering and median filtering are compared.Then the edge detection technology and image segmentation technology of the image are further elaborated.Edge detection,threshold segmentation and watershed segmentation are performed on the image to be tested.The effects of various segmentation techniques on the image processing of solder joints are compared.The rectangular fitting algorithm is designed according to the characteristics of aerospace cable solder joints,and the edge of the solder joint image is fitted with the edge detection result.The accuracy of the fitting algorithm is verified based on the detection results.Finally,the overall implementation of the optical cable inspection system for the quality of aerospace cables designed this time is introduced,including the construction of an image acquisition system and a software platform.The test results of the inspection system show that the inspection system designed can effectively reduce The workload improves the accuracy of cable solder joint quality inspection.
