With the development of information revolution and industrial automation,electronic belt scale is more and more widely used in modern industry.The electronic belt scale dynamically weighs the materials in the process of transporting the materials on the belt,which can effectively improve the work efficiency.In modern industrial production processes that require higher and higher measurement accuracy,traditional electronic belt scales often cannot meet the demand.Designing high-precision new electronic belt scales has far-reaching significance for the entire industrial process.This paper aims to design a new type of high-precision electronic belt scale,summarizes the development process and current status of belt scales at home and abroad,analyzes the working principle and structure of traditional electronic belt scales,and aims at improving accuracy.Innovatively put forward the design idea of the singlepiece electronic belt scale,designed the hardware and software system of the electronic belt scale,manufactured the experimental model,and simulated the actual working environment of the belt scale for the experiment.The main research and design work and results include:(1)The advantages and disadvantages of the mainstream electronic belt scales are analyzed,and the system architecture of the single-piece electronic belt scales is proposed.(2)The weighing and speed measurement principle of the single-piece electronic belt scale is studied,the scale body structure of the single-piece electronic belt scale is designed,and components such as weighing sensors and photoelectric encoders are reasonably selected according to the scale body structure.(3)Innovative design and development of a new electronic belt scale signal transmission module to improve the long-distance transmission capacity of the load cell signal.(4)The belt scale hardware circuit based on STM32F103 chip is designed,which mainly includes system circuit module,A / D module,weight calculation module,speed calculation module,human-computer interaction module,data processing and filtering modules.(5)Carry out the design and development of the software system of the singlepiece electronic belt scale,which mainly includes the driver program,filter program,calculation program and system management program.(6)Aiming at the structure of single electronic belt scale,the installation method of single electronic belt scale is proposed.Manufacture experimental models,conduct application tests on new electronic belt scales,and verify the technical performance and actual measurement accuracy of single-piece electronic belt scales.This paper completes the complete design and manufacture of the experimental model based on the new single-piece electronic belt scale based on STM32.After experimental detection,the single-piece electronic belt scale can realize the online detection and accumulation of the measured material flow,and the detection is not affected by factors such as belt tension changes,belt deviation,and uneven material distribution.Good sex and other advantages.
