The competition between enterprises is the competition of talents.However,lots of SMEs have limited resources during their development.It is impossible for them to recruit new talents every year like large companies such as Microsoft etc.Therefore,for most SMEs,it is very necessary to maximize the utilization of internal resources,fully tapping the potential of existing employees,motivating them,and using scientific management methods to improve business performance.Quality assurance is a very import goal of production management.Employees in the quality assurance position should cooperate with procurement,production,sales as well as other departments while completing the work of its own department efficiently.Quality assurance department only can promote improvement of quality management through creating a unity and dedication quality-driven culture.In this study,this article keeps centering on the performance management of five different quality assurance positions in TZ Company.By applying the advanced theory of human resources management in postgraduate courses and knowledge from the author's own work experience,this article analyzes the problems existing in the performance index of TZ company based on facts,and give practical suggestions to help TZ's development.This article first expounds the literature review,clarifies the approach and content of the study,which focuses on the explanation of the origin of performance indicators,the concept of key performance indicators,its design principles,and the extraction methods.In the study,the author analyzes the status quo of TZ company and problems existing in its current performance management of quality assurance department,by referring substantial literature and conducting interview survey.This article kicks off the discussion with the performance indicators of quality assurance position.It finds problems and analyzes them.Finally,the author further puts forward the improvement plan of performance index and interprets it.
