In recent years,with the continuous development of the national economy and the higher living standards of the people,the demand for automobiles has become more and more vigorous.Therefore,domestic and foreign automobile companies have made great progress,and the output and sales of BC are also thanks to this opportunity,it has been greatly improved.The sales volume of single-month cars has surpassed that of BMW cars,achieving a historic leap.BC also relies on its long-standing car products and reputation to drive more and more demand for BC's cars.Therefore,BC needs to continuously expand its production capacity to meet customer needs.Due to the complexity of its equipment and process,BC's MRA assembly shop marriage line has become the bottleneck of the entire workshop.After analysis,it is found that the main reason for the marriage line becoming a bottleneck is the complicated equipment and high failure rate.In view of the faults in the operation process of the MRA assembly shop marriage line,the analysis and summary of the three main problems: 1.CDU(Chassis Dress Up,referred to as CDU)and the combined transition zone mechanical and program structure is complex;2.The installation quality of the combined elevated roll bed is too poor;3.The use of a set of safety light curtains for multiple stations results in a low safety factor.In response to the above main problems,the marriage line is going to be modified.This transformation project will use scientific methods to analyze,strengthen project planning quality management,implement quality assurance and implement quality control in the project operation process,and adopt scientific methods such as flow chart,trend chart and histogram in quality management.In the end,it aims to optimize the production cycle of the marriage line,reduce the equipment failure rate,and ensure safe and orderly production.The project not only solves the existing problems,but also improves the production cycle,which is conducive to ensuring that the production plan of this year achieves the expected goals.
