The design of complex products is often a time-consuming process,and designers of different professions can collaborate on the design of a complex product at different locations and at different times.The traditional workflow-based collaborative design technology can solve the task scheduling in the process of collaborative design.However,under the changeable process of collaborative design technology for complex products,the driving of the subsequent design tasks does not have to wait until the pre-order tasks are completed.After the pre-order task generates some data,the subsequent design tasks can be carried out.In this case,the workflow technology will no longer be applicable.Therefore,it is very urgent to improve the efficiency of complex products design by analyzing the collaborative design technology for complex products based on data-driven,and taking the characteristics of complex products design into account.Through the study of existing collaborative design techniques at home and abroad,combined with the actual needs in the process of complex products design,the collaborative design technology for complex products in the aerospace field was analyzed.This paper studies the data modeling and driving methods under collaborative design technology for complex products,and implements a complex product collaborative design system based on data-driven.The main works are as follows:(1)A collaborative design framework for complex products which based on the “A Metamodel with Three Levels”(AMTL)model is designed.The framework consists of a data description layer,a semantic subscription layer and a data-driven layer.Firstly,the data description layer adopts multi-dimensional and multi-granularity data modeling method for complex products.Then,the semantic subscription layer implements the technology of data subscription for collaborative design tasks based on semantics,which provides the way for designers to subscription data with semantically retrieve.Finally,the data-driven layer adopts the task collaboration technology based on data subscription/publishing to complete the datadriven in the collaborative process of complex products.(2)A multi-dimensional and multi-granularity data modeling method for complex products is designed.In the process of collaborative design,the data source may be different in different environments and the different collaborative designers use different data.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a unified data model for complex products.(3)A data-driven way for collaborative design tasks based on semantics is proposed.Firstly,the ontology is constructed based on the thesaurus.Then,an improved ontology-based similarity algorithm is used to realize data subscription of collaborative design tasks based on semantics.Finally,the data subscription/release method is used to drive the process of complex products collaborative design.Applying data-driven ideas to collaborative design can connect designers in large-scale collaborative design applications in a loosely coupled way while improving the efficiency of complex products collaborative design.(4)Based on the above three technologies,a data-driven collaborative design system for complex products is implemented.The system development architecture,function modules,main class design and database design are described in detail.Finally,the interface and functions of the system are shown.
