In the civil aircraft development process,with the collaborative design system for design collaboration,people can timely collaboration between various systems,design systems and structures between the results,eliminate design conflict,redundancy,and the irrational part,shorten aircraft development life cycle.This paper chose an enterprise of collaborative design management to be the object of study,and focused on aircraft digital product structure,researched and achieved on the key construction technology of collaborative data.From the point of view of data use,collaborative data can be defined as: data for coordination,which is a collection of design data.Firstly,it found that the company was facing major problems of collaborative design,the consistency between collaborative data and design data is poor,collaborative timeliness is not high.Therefore,the main contents of this paper are about how to construct and update collaborative data and how to change the collaborative data into lightweight data.Then,the author studied collaborative design theories deeply.To solve the collaborative problem of large assemblies,the author studied modular design techniques and optimized the product structure of civil aircraft that was the basic for coordination.3D model has the characteristics of large amount of information and diversification format.So it recommend using CAD-specific integrated technology to lightweight model.Combined aircraft geographically distributed collaborative design features.Designed the overall of collaborative design system,include the B/S system architecture,functional modules,components and use cases.The key technology research was carried out for digital mock-up management and design module conversion.By Filtering the product structure,each design can be flexibly combined,forming configurable collaborative data.Through XML configuration file parsing technology,system could access collaborative data conversion requirements.through Computer-aided Assembly development,analytical filtration CATIA model of a redundant design information,to achieve a lightweight design module conversion..Finally,the key technologies research results are implemented and verified in the enterprise,It is an effective solution to the outstanding issues of civil aircraft design collaboration.
