With the resource crisis and environmental pollution becoming more and more serious,the development of new energy vehicles has received more and more attention.As the core technology of new energy vehicles,the research of vehicle control technology is particularly important.This paper mainly studies the driving control strategy of the vehicle control unit.Firstly,the powertrain parameters of the target vehicle were designed according to the requirements of the dynamic performance and economic performance based on the basic parameters of the vehicle.The simulation model of vehicle was built to verify the rationality of powertrain parameters matching.Secondly,the control strategy architecture of the vehicle control unit was analyzed,and the power up-down management strategy of the vehicle was designed.In the driver demand torque analysis strategy,the vehicle driving condition is identified by formulating the operating condition recognition strategy;the minimum required torque was determined by driving conditions,and the maximum driving torque was determined by motor operating characteristics,battery status and vehicle fault level.The demand torque under the regenerative braking state was determined by formulating the regenerative braking control strategy.An analytical strategy was developed for the driver's accelerator pedal to obtain the required torque of the driver in forward gear and reverse gear respectively.The driver's demand torque was arbitrated according to the gear state of the vehicle.In order to prevent the impact of too fast torque change rate on vehicles,the torque filtering control strategy was designed according to the changing state of torque.Then,considering the impact of road slope on speed,the slope recognition algorithm was developed.Based on the identified road slope and the change rate of pedal opening,the optimal torque control strategy of adding compensating torque to the original foundation torque was developed.The optimal torque control strategy is helpful to improve the dynamic and economic performance of the vehicle and alleviate the driving burden of the driver to a certain extent.Finally,the hardware in the loop system platform of the vehicle control unit was built,and the hardware in the loop experiment of the vehicle control unit was carried out to verify the rationality of the drive control strategy.
