With the complex control system of electric vehicle,Vehicle Control Unit,VCU,as the core component for electric vehicle,the function of which is to be greatly enhanced,and plays an important role to ensure the security while the vehicle running.As one of the key technologies in vehicle system,Motor drive plays an important role in improving the dynamic performance of the vehicle.Before the development of control system for electric vehicle,in order to meet the requirement of vehicle dynamics,the power and energy component need to be chose.Hardware-in-loop testing system provides a virtual vehicle experimental platform,which can testing the vehicle control strategy,logic and parameter.So Hardware-in-loop can reduce the development cycle of the controller,improve the correctness of the code and reduce the cost of development.Basic on research of this thesis,collect knowledge background about electric vehicle,and make an intensive research and study of Drive Motor Torque Control Strategy and HILS,following mainly tasks in thesis:1.According to the design requirement,choose appropriate motor and battery to match in electric vehicle,and verity vehicle performance by ADVISOR.The results show that the dynamic and economic performance of the vehicle after the selection has reached the design requirements.2.Make an In-depth study of Drive Motor Torque Control Strategy,and show normal Drive Torque Control Strategy,based on which proposing Fuzzy Control Strategy.The accelerator pedal opening and its change rate are input parameters of the algorithm,and formulate the relevant rules library.3.Compare the advantages and disadvantages of Forward-Facing Approach between Generic Backward-Facing Approach for electric vehicle,and choose the Forward-Facing Approach combined with the design of thesis.Use MATLAB/Simulink to make model for vehicle and prove that Drive Motor Torque Control Strategy has more advantages than normal Drive Torque Control Strategy to enhance vehicle power in off-line simulation.4.Set up experiment of the HILS,using ES910&ES930 as rapid prototype development,INTECRIO as configuration software,INCA as monitoring parameters and online calibration provided by ETAS.Finally make an experiment of the HILS,proving the Vehicle Control Strategy and Drive Motor Torque Control Strategy,in order to provide the basic platform and do the study for the future of electric vehicles.
