The underwater grenade is a medium and small caliber individual underwater weapon used to equip the underwater frogman's unit.It has the characteristics of great power,high flexibility and high hit rate.The development of underwater grenade and its fuze system is of great significance for improving the existing weapons and equipment and individual combat level of our underwater frogman units,and even further enhancing the national defense strength of the South China Sea.This thesis designs a fuze system for a certain underwater grenade.The following research work has been done on the key technologies faced in fuze design:The force of the grenade during the underwater movement is analyzed,and the mathematical model is carried out.The theory of torpedo ballistics is used to derive the equation of motion of the underwater grenade in the longitudinal plane.Using MATLAB software to comprehensively analyze and calculate the environmental force of the grenade in underwater launch,it is proved that the creeping force and the rocket gas pressure are more suitable as the environmental protection force of the fuze,which provides theoretical support for the design of the fuze system below.Inductive analysis of the characteristics of underwater grenade,the basic requirements of the fuse system design for redundancy insurance,long-distance insurance and sealing.On this basis,the overall scheme of the fuze system design is given.The detailed schemes of the main schemes such as the explosion sequence,the ignition mechanism,the flameproof mechanism and the insurance institution are carried out.Then,compare and calculate various distance schemes in the underwater fuze,analyze the distance error and cause.According to the actual situation of underwater grenade,an integral distance algorithm based on acceleration sensor is proposed.The numerical calculation shows that the algorithm has theoretically high precision.Finally,using the theoretical research results of the full text,the fuze control system is designed and the prototype of the fuze system is obtained.In order to verify that the designed underwater grenade fuze can work reliably,the drop test,shock test,seal test and underwater target dynamic test are designed.The test results show that the fuze system designed in this thesis has good safety and reliability,and can release two redundancy insurances in the launching environment of underwater grenade.
