All the work done in the paper is to design a fuze system for underwater rocket to make it having a safe and arming device using it's launch and ballistic environment, and with the fuze system designed in the paper the detonation point of the underwater rocket can be controled on the basis of tactical demands.The working procedure and the function of the underwater rocket was introduced, target characteristics,warhead characteristics,ballistic characteristics and all the part of the fuze system for the underwater rocket was analysed, the difficulties for the fuze system design and the focus of next work was summarized.In order to get a preliminary understanding of the rocket's trajectory under water, the ballistic differential equation of the rocket in the vertical plane was gotten by the relevent mechanical knowledge of the nevigation of torpedo, the movent of the rocket out of the porthole was also simulated by the ANSYS/LS--DYNA explicity procedures.The pressure field of the underwater rocket was calculated with the FLUENT software when it is in high speed(85m/s) and in low speed(5m/s), and with the calculation result the identify circuit of long distance releasing insurance was designed.With the calculation result and the characteristics of the underwater rocket , the project of the whole fuze system was given. The super-charging circuit , the main firing circuit, the electrical arming circuit ,the self-destruction circuit and the self- neutralization circuit of the fuze was designed. At last, all the circuit modules were assembled together and the circuit board was made out, then the test has been done for it.
