The underwater rocket is a new type of underwater ammunition, which can be used by underwater vehicles and so on. It has features of short distance attack and high damage to targets. The research has important significance for enhancing the underwater "frogman" combat capability as well as for small high damage underwater weapons.Aiming at the underwater rocket fuze design problems, the following research was carried out:safety and arming system and firing control system selection, Theoretical analysis and structural design of the turbine tachometer agencies and water pressure speed measurement institutions, and firing control scheme design and optimization. Through the simulation method the designed scheme is validated and the mechanism’stability was analyzed. Signal amplification, transmission and control parts of the circuit hardware and control software was designed and produced, agency performance and circuit reliability was verified by experiments. The experimental results demonstrate the start-up speed of the turbine institutions is low, the linearity between the turbine speed and weapon speed is good, water depth and the attack angle little affect to the turbine speed. And the turbine has little effect on the trajectory. Water pressure testing method is stable.According to the collision and ballistic acceleration signal characteristics, a firing method which combined by acceleration and trigger was put forward. This firing control method has important significance especially when the underwater rocket at low speed large angle collision. After improvements, the signal testing and processing circuit is stability, and can meet the established work requirments normally. Analysis shows that the calculation and simulation result is closed to experiments.
