Nowadays,space technology is changing with each passing day,and China is gradually moving toward a space power.The development of space science and technology has led to the advancement of space exploration technology.The detection accuracy is getting higher and higher,the resolution is also increasing,and the technical indicators of space remote sensors are becoming more and more demanding.At the same time,the outer space working environment of space remote sensors is complex.The stable performance of the device puts forward higher requirements.In this paper,the main research on large-caliber cryo-mirror support technology is as follows:Through the relevant parameters and index requirements of the main mirror in the design result of a camera optical system,the lightweight structure design of the mirror is optimized and the relevant design variables are optimized.The finite element analysis software is used to analyze and compare the mirrors under various support modes.The degree of mirror deformation is finally determined by the back support mode.The simulation analysis of the mirror deformation of the different support points of the mirror and the safety formula of the mirror support structure determine that the support structure adopts 6-point support and find the suitable position of the support point.According to the requirements of the mirror components of different working environments,the large-caliber mirror support structure under three stages was designed respectively.The simulation analysis of different mirror components was carried out by using finite element software,and the analysis results all met the requirements of mirror mirror accuracy.In addition,the bearing structure of the launching stage is subjected to the mechanical environment,and the verification results meet the requirements,indicating the rationality of the mirror supporting structure.
