Urban double repair is an important means to solve the problem of “ unbalanced development imbalance” in urban construction,an important starting point for improving urban governance capacity,and an important measure to accelerate the promotion of new urbanization.This paper focuses on the governance of urban village landscape and focuses on filling Changsha.The short-term environment of the city's human settlements enhances the quality of the city.The landscape transformation of the village in the city should be based on the geographical characteristics of the village in the city,and the method of double repair should be used to upgrade the quality and help the urban village to complete the urbanization transformation.It is of great significance to explore the basic theory and application of the quality improvement of the urban village landscape under the background of “double urban repair”.This paper first uses the literature research method to comprehensively summarize and systematically summarize the relevant literatures on ecological restoration,urban restoration and urban village landscape reconstruction at home and abroad.Then through the field survey and interviews on the status quo of the urban villages in Changsha City,it is found that the current urban landscape of Changsha City is mainly imperfect in the transportation system,the spatial layout is unreasonable,the infrastructure is not perfect,the cultural characteristics are not clear,and the ecological environment is not repaired.Significantly and other issues.In addition,through excellent case analysis,we learned the experience of urban village landscape reconstruction,and explored the suitability and scope of ecological restoration and urban repair in the upgrading of urban village landscape.On this basis,the framework of landscape restoration and repair and reconstruction of Chengzhong Village in Changsha City was constructed.Under the guidance of the above theoretical framework,an empirical study was carried out on the upgrading project of Houhu New Village in Yuelu District,Changsha City.Formulate the strategy for upgrading the landscape of Houhu New Village.Through field research,find out the areas that need to be repaired and repaired,based on the locationcharacteristics of the old and new buildings,the aging of equipment and facilities,the aging of equipment and facilities,the lack of cultural resources,the safety risks,the low green rate,ecological damage,environmental pollution,etc.Environmental opportunities,overall layout,respectively proposed natural ecological restoration strategies including ecological water system and village landscape restoration,as well as urban repair strategies including transportation,culture,space,facilities,social governance.And relying on Houhushan water resources and cultural resources,extracting design elements,combined with landscape upgrading.The village in the city has a beautiful environment,regional characteristics,and integration into modern cities.In order to provide practical guidance for the upgrading of other urban village landscapes.
