Facing the background of rural revitalization and the reform of the spatial planning system of "multiple planning in one",how to carry out renovation and planning in a scientific,orderly and efficient manner in villages has become an urgent problem for village construction and development.According to the exploration and research of the scientific theory of human settlements at the village level,it is required that village renovation should not only protect and inherit its characteristics,but also promote its sustainable development.Under such premises and guidance,village planning has been given new connotations.Based on this background,this article starts from the actual needs of the village,and launches the research on village renovation and planning and design.First of all,it focuses on the village renovation planning guided by the scientific theory of human settlements,constructs the framework of the village renovation planning system,combs and summarizes the relevant theories and practical experience of village renovation at home and abroad.Secondly,take Ailing Village,High-tech Zone,Xinyu City,Jiangxi Province as an example to conduct empirical research,conduct field investigations and detailed project investigations,analyze the development status of Ailing Village,and carry out a case-by-case study in terms of geographic location,natural environment,history and culture,and industrial development.The project analysis summarizes the existing advantages and difficulties of the village,and proposes targeted remediation planning strategies.Finally,on the basis of completing the overall planning and design of the project,the optimization design of the space layout of the four blocks was carried out,and the spatial pattern of the village,street and lane architecture,natural ecology,humanities and history,infrastructure,landscape features,open space,etc.were carried out.Multi-dimensional and comprehensive special rectification design,with a view to comprehensively improving the village’s living environment and promoting sustainable development.The above argumentation shows that by grasping the main line of the upgrading and transformation of the village industry,building a rural tourism and holiday complex to meet the increasing material and cultural needs of the villagers is not only the current need for the coordinated development of production,life and ecology in Ailing Village,but also Village renovation is the only way to sustainable development.
