Missile-target encounter technology is an important means of fuze development and fuze product performance evaluation.In this paper,a test method of Missile-target encounter is designed,and the key technologies such as measurement and control of target attitude and height parameters during the rendezvous test,accompanying parameter record and starting point parameters' calculation of fuze are studied and proved by tests.The main work is as follows:Based on the characteristics of Missile-target encounter test and the actual application requirements,the scheme of the Missile-target encounter test system was proposed,a laboratory test and verification platform was established.The target parameters measurement and control system was designed,the hardware and program design of target parameter measurement and control board and target parameter conversion board were completed,the target parameter measurement and control upper computer software was developed,and the measurement of target attitude and height parameters and PID control were realized.The fuze accompanying recorder was designed,and it sampled and stored the Doppler signal,the target existence signal,the overload signal and the distance signal in real time during Missile-target encounter process.The analysis upper computer was developed,it receives and stores data from accompanying recorder through serial communication,and it completes playback of the intersection test data and data analysis.The method for measuring the position/speed parameters of the fuze rail car was proposed,the fuze starting point position calculation software was developed.The software based on four optimization algorithms and three kinds of mathematical model optimizes and fits the relationship lines between the position of the rail car and the time.Combined with the acquired fuze starting time,the starting point position could be obtained;the Intrusion depth calculation model of the fuze rail car were established,the calculation method of the Intrusion depth was given.
