Analysis Of The Financial Early Warning Model Of Automobile Enterprises

With the development of economy and the advancement of science and technology,China's automobile manufacturing industry is also developing and growing.However,due to the influence of relevant national policies,oil prices,material prices and market factors,the automobile manufacturing industry is in a state of volatility.FAW Xiali announced the suspension of production in this wave.This paper studies the case of Xiali's suspension of production,and then establishes a financial early warning system.Strengthen risk management,raise awareness of early warning,and take risk prevention measures to promote the healthy and rapid development of China's automobile manufacturing industry.This article first introduces the background,purpose,and significance of the research.By drawing on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars in financial early warning,the research method,ideas,and innovations of this article are established.Through the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of enterprise financial early warning,the FAW Xiali production shutdown event and its existing problems are introduced in detail.Based on financial early warning theory,the fourth chapter preliminarily establishes a financial early warning indicator system for listed companies in the automobile manufacturing industry,combines relevant data,and uses spss statistical methods to select financial early warning indicators to build an indicator system.Secondly,the basic principle of the catastrophe series method and its applicability to financial early warning are introduced,and the comprehensive index of financial early warning is compiled,and the red line of financial early warning is determined in combination with the actual situation.Finally,the applicability of the determined financial early-warning index system and model is tested,and it is found that the accuracy is high.At the same time,the reasons for the shutdown of FAW Xiali were analyzed using the number of early warning index.This paper puts forward some suggestions on the industry characteristics and financial risk status of listed companies in the automobile manufacturing industry through the research on FAW Xiali.Enterprises should raise their awareness of crisis and innovation,establish a financial risk early warning system,and improve debt repayment ability and profitability.Wait.Establishing a financial early-warning model for listed companies in the automobile manufacturing industry will help enterprises to make risk predictions in a timely manner and actively adopt risk prevention measures.This has certain practical significance and guiding value for the early control and medium-term improvement of financial risks of listed companies in the automobile manufacturing industry.
