Analysis On The Development Countermeasures Of Animal Husbandry In Daqing City Based On The Integration Of Primary, Secondary And Tertiary Industries

With the deepening of industrial theory research and the advancement of science and technology,the original industrial boundaries have become increasingly blurred,and the theory of industrial integration was originated and gradually improved and enriched.Animal husbandry has a pivotal impact on the development of agriculture.As a bridge and link,animal husbandry played an important role in implementing the strategy of “rural revitalization,industrial boom and structural reform of supply-side”,which connected the primary industry and the secondary industry.The theory of industrial integration provided new kinetic energy and new direction for the development of animal husbandry industry and structural transformation and upgrading,which was not only an objective requirement for the development of animal husbandry,but also a realistic requirement for the further development and improvement of the industrial integration theory system.In addition,it was beneficial to regulate the industrial structure of animal husbandry and improve the competitiveness of the livestock industry when applying the theory of industrial integration to the development of animal husbandry.There were important theoretical and practical significance for the theoretical study of enriching animal husbandry economy.This research was performed to observe the development of the integration of the animal husbandry industry in Daqing city,it was mainly divided into the following aspects:First,the macro analysis of the current development of animal husbandry was conducted in Daqing City.The analysis of the development status of animal husbandry in Daqing City included three aspects.Firstly,the development status of animal husbandry in Daqing City was analyzed.The results showed that animal husbandry industry in Daqing had a good development momentum,and from 2012 to 2016,with the steady growth of the animal husbandry the proportion of livestock production value to agricultural production value was 48%,54%,54%,54% and 55%,respectively..Secondly;the animal husbandry industry structure was analyzed,and a simple method of Cobb-Douglas function was set and to determine the relation between the output value of animal husbandry and industrial structure.The elasticity coefficient of pork production was 0.878(p < 0.05),the elasticity coefficient of milk production was 0.202(p < 0.05),which were the main factors affecting the output value of animal husbandry in Daqing City.Finally,based on the development status of animal husbandry in Daqing City and the analysis of industrial structure,the main problems in the current stage of animal husbandry in Daqing City were clarified.Second,on the basis of macro analysis,this study systematically summarized the specific mechanism and development mode of the integration of primary,secondary and third industry in animal husbandry.Firstly,the mechanism,connotation,effect and driving force of the integration of animal husbandry was discussed and defined clearly,which was beneficial to describe the internal economic logic.Secondly,the specific modes of the integration of primary,secondary and third industry in animal husbandry were analyzed and discussed.The results showed that the typical modes and paths of the integration of primary,secondary and third industry in animal husbandry were concluded from the two aspects of industrial convergence mode and industrial dominant force.Finally,the method of PEST analysis was carried out to discriminate the objective environment of the integration of primary,secondary and third industry in animal husbandry in Daqing City.Third,on the basis of theoretical analysis and macro analysis,it was the empirical analysis method of the integration of primary,secondary and third industry in animal husbandry that was conducted to assess the actual development in the Daqing City.Firstly,a tri-grade animal husbandry and related industry integration evaluation index system was constructed.There were two primary-level indicators,four secondary-level indicators and seven third-level indicators.Then the weight of each indicator in different level was determined with the method of analytic hierarchy process.Finally,the comprehensive index method was used to calculate and evaluated the comprehensive evaluation index.According to the calculation,the integration degree of the integration of primary,secondary and third industry in animal husbandry in Daqing City was 66.26.The evaluation results showed that the integration of animal husbandry industry in Daqing City was not high,and the integration of animal husbandry industry was still in the development stage with great potential for development.Consequently,based on the above three aspects of research,the countermeasures of this study was put forward to promote the integration of animal husbandry industry in Daqing City,combined with the actual situation and research conclusions of Daqing City.The countermeasures were as follows: accelerate the pace of industrial restructuring and optimize industrial layout,focus on the development of animal products processing industry,actively develop leisure and sightseeing animal husbandry,optimize the linkage mechanism between industries,enhance the driving and demonstration role of the model,strengthen policy guidance and service investment.
