Under the conditions of continuous advancement and development of modern agricultural technology,combined with the actual situation of domestic agricultural water and fertilizer irrigation and considering the current higher requirements for water and fertilizer irrigation levels,by combining wireless communication network technology,sensor technology,water and fertilizer integration technology and energy saving Combining water irrigation technology,a greenhouse water and fertilizer integrated irrigation control system is designed to solve the problems of waste water and fertilizer resources in the traditional greenhouse fertilization mode,low fertilizer utilization rate,and lack of supporting soil moisture and nutrient monitoring devices.The main contents of this study are as follows:(1)The design of the system's overall hardware module,the choice of sensors in the soil environment monitoring system,including the choice of soil temperature and humidity sensors and EC sensors;the design of the core control cabinet,including the choice of the control cabinet material,the choice of the control center chip,the power supply Design of power supply module and wireless receiving module;design of irrigation and fertilization system,including selection of pipeline impurity filter,irrigation pump,electric proportional control valve,pipeline material and drip irrigation sprinkler.(2)The design of the system wireless communication network,the system chooses to use the ZigBee module to form a wireless sensor network,which is responsible for the transmission of data collected by the sensor,including the selection of the ZigBee module chip and the design of the circuit;(3)The design of the host computer of the greenhouse water and fertilizer integrated irrigation control system.The user can observe the environmental parameters collected by each sensor,the water and fertilizer irrigation information and the operating status of the system through the host computer monitoring platform.At the same time,the user can automatically control the greenhouse by setting the parameters.The crops are controlled by water and fertilizer irrigation,and related parameters can be set through the manual control system,and various solenoid valves and pumps can be started and stopped,and historical information can also bequeried.(4)Research and design a fuzzy PID controller for the precise proportioning of greenhouse water and fertilizer concentrations.Combining fuzzy control algorithm with PID control algorithm,design fuzzy PID controller,build a fuzzy PID controller model of the system in Matlab/Simulink,and perform system simulation,burn it into STM32 microcontroller in the form of software code to improve The accuracy of the water and fertilizer concentration matching module.(5)Test the operation of greenhouse water and fertilizer integrated irrigation equipment in combination with the performance indicators of the system,including power-on test of the system's core single-chip microcomputer,sensor acquisition data accuracy test,wireless network communication test and operation test of the entire system.(6)The application of greenhouse water and fertilizer integrated irrigation control system in greenhouse cucumber planting,experimental research and analysis showed that greenhouse water and fertilizer integrated irrigation technology significantly improved the yield and quality of greenhouse cucumber,reduced the use of nitrogen fertilizer,and improved the efficiency of water and fertilizer use.This system has the characteristics of easy operation,easy deployment,low cost,and stable and reliable system.It not only provides certain techniques and methods for the application of irrigation and fertilization technology,but also provides a theoretical basis for the comprehensive management of water and fertilizer production of high-quality and efficient greenhouse vegetables.
