This project consigned by water department of Taixing city need to set up a remote control system for water saving irrigation. The system can increase the automation degree of water-saving irrigation effectively which watches and controls 16 relays, 8 sets of water flowmeter and 3 intelligent instruments.After abundance analysis it is befitting that the system consists of two parts: local control center and wireless measure and control management system. This paper mainly talks about the console software applied to control center using configuration platform; the software of wireless remote management system designed with Visual Basic 6.0 based on the research of the GPRS wireless communication technology; in order to get better control effect , fuzzy control theory is adopted to design paddy field expert system using Visual C++ ; and at the same time, the software and hardware design of the water flowmeter is introduced using chip 89C52 as its kernel unit.System's debugging and checking had finished at the end of 2004 and it works steadily and reliably at all times.
