Objective: In recent years,with the improvement of the living standards of Chinese residents,people's attention to health and the demand for high-quality food and excellent dairy products have increased significantly.In this trend,the number of dairy cattle breeding will inevitably increase,along with the increase of dairy diseases.The perinatal period is the key period for dairy cattle.During this period,the endocrine system,such as progesterone,estrogen,prolactin,melatonin,the digestive system and various functions of the body have changed significantly,and meanwhile,the production,lactation and body condition have changed dramatically.Various metabolic diseases and obstetric diseases are easy to occur.At present,the perinatal health care of dairy cows is mainly based on the regulation of nutrition management and the supply of temporary exogenous nutrients,and the application of additives is less,and for the perinatal dairy cows,the varieties are single,mainly chemical components and microecological agents,which are not suitable for long-term addition,while the source of Chinese herbal medicine is widely low-cost,mainly from pure natural plants and Animals can play the role of both medicine and food.Compared with chemical agents,they are safer,easier to absorb and suitable for long-term use.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to develop a green,easy to absorb,suitable for long-term health care and disease treatment of dairy cows at the same time,pure Chinese medicine additives,to provide a new method for perinatal health care of dairy cows.Method: In a large modern intensive dairy farm in the middle of Heilongjiang Province,the past disease history of the selected cows was investigated,and the non-conforming cows were abandoned.The body condition,weight and age of the selected cows were similar 40 Chinese Holstein cows were randomly divided into 5 experimental groups: control group,allicin group,low dose group,middle dose group and high dose group.Each experimental group contains 8replicates,and each replicate contains 1 cow.The experimental group and the control group were fed the conventional basal diet.The experimental group,the low dose group,the middle dose group and the high dose group were fed the allicin 100 g / d / head,the Chinese herbal medicine100 g / d / head,300 g / d/ head and 500 g / d / head respectively on the basis of the conventional diet.After feeding at 4:00 a.m.every day,they were added to the TMR diet manually and evenly.The formal feeding period was 21 days,and the pre feeding period was 7 days During the test,he was allowed to eat freely,drink freely and move in a free style.After the first feeding,the milk samples were collected after the first milking of 1d,7d,14 d and 21 d,and the milk composition,milk fat,milk protein,urea nitrogen,lactose and somatic cell indexes were analyzed in 12 hours by the automatic milk analyzer,Danish FOSS emulsion analyzer.On the 1st,7th,14 th and 21 th day of the experimental period,10 ml blood was collected from the tail vein.The indexes of BHBA,TP,ALB,GLB,a / g,alt,AST,ALP,Glu,bun and TG in the blood were detected by the automatic biochemical analyzer.At the same time,record and monitor the physiological state,production performance and other basic conditions of experimental cows.Results: 1.The milk yield of the additive experimental group was increased and the milk quality was improved.The milk yield of each experimental group and the control group was continuously increased,and the milk yield of the low dose group was not significantly different from that of the control group at the first to the third day of lactation(P>0.05)At 6 days,the milk quantity of allicin group was higher than that of control group,low-dose group and high-dose group,but the difference was significant(P<0.01)< The milk yield of allicin group was higher than that of the control group and the low-dose group at 6-21 days;the milk yield of high-dose group was the most significant increase;and the milk yield was also increased with the increase of the dosage of traditional Chinese medicine additives.The milk fat of middle dose group,high dose group and Allicin group was significantly higher than that of control group on the first day(P<0.05);the milk protein of middle dose and high dose was significantly higher than that of control group on the 14 th day(P<0.05);the lactose of high dose was significantly higher than that of control group on the first day(P<0.05);the urea nitrogen of low dose and medium dose was significantly higher than that of control group on the 21 st day(P There was no significant difference in the other days(P>0.05).2.Improve the liver function and increase the content of ALB and GLB.The high dose group can reduce the ALT concentration on the 1st and 14 th day,which is significantly different from the control group(P<0.05).On the 7th and 14 th day,there is no significant difference between the control group and the control group(P>0.05),and on the 1st,7th and 14 th day,there is significant difference between the high dose group and the control group(P<0.05)< The ast of the high dose group increased significantly on the 7th and 14 th day(P<0.05).3.Promoting energy metabolism and reducing BHBA content,the Glu content of middle dose group and high dose group increased significantly(P<0.05)on the 21 st day compared with the control group;the BHBA content of middle dose group decreased significantly(P<0.05)on the 7th and 21 st day compared with the control group;the BHBA content of allicin decreased significantly on the 14 th day compared with the control group;the BHBA content of high dose group decreased significantly(P<0.05)on the 21 st day compared with the control group(P The TG content of middle dose group was significantly lower than that of control group on the 7th day(P<0.05),and it was also significantly lower on the 21 th day(P<0.01);the TG content of allicin was significantly lower on the 14 th day and the 21 th day(P<0.05),and it was significantly different from that of control group on the 14 th day(P<0.01).Conclusion: niuyikang additive can significantly improve the milk yield,milk composition,milk protein,milk fat,lactose,and the content of urea nitrogen in milk.It can improve the content of ALB and GLB,enhance the immune level,maintain the liver function,reduce BHBA and increase Glu,alleviate the negative balance of energy,and increase the economic benefits.The best dosage is 300 / d per head.4.The middle dose group and the high dose group can significantly improve the economic benefits of dairy cows.The comprehensive analysis of removal costs shows that the middle dose group has the largest economic benefits report.
