Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Jingtong Decoction In The Treatment Of Nerve Root Cervical Spondylopathy (wind-cold-dampness Type)

Objective: To investigate the effect of Traditional Chinese medicine(Jingtongtang)on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(wind-cold-dampness type)by studying the overall curative effect,neck pain(vas score),cervical symptom improvement(cervical vertebra symptom scale integral)and neck function recovery(ndi integral)of the patients after treatment.Methods: Will be in January 2017-February 2017 in changsha city hospital of traditional Chinese medicine spine clinic on the disease diagnosis standard and in line with the diagnostic criteria of the wind cold dampness type,70 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,35 patients in each group were named as experimental group and control group.the experimental group was given cervical pain decoction orally,and the control group was given zhuifengtougu capsule orally.observe the treatment VAS score,cervical vertebra symptom scale scores,NDI integral of two groups before treatment,treatment 2 weeks,4 weeks of,carry on the analysis and comparison.Results: 1.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.3%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 88.6%,which was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).2.The VAS pain score was compared between the two groups after treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the treatment of cervical syndrome scale at 2 weeks(P> 0.05).But at 4 weeks,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the experimental group was superior to the control group.4.After treatment,NDI score was compared between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant at 2 weeks(P>0.05).At 4 weeks,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the experimental group was superior to the control group.Conclusion: 1.The traditional Chinese medicine(Jingtongtang)can effectively relieve neck pain symptoms in patients with nerve root type cervical spondylosis(wind-cold-dampness type)and improve the neck function of patients.2.It is safe and reliable to treat nerve root type cervical spondylosis(wind-cold-dampness type)by giving them traditional Chinese medicine(Jingtongtang).
