Clinical Observation Of Zhuhuang Decoction In Treating Yang Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney With Prolonged Menstruatio

Objective Observe the clinical curative effect of Zhu Huang Decoction in the treatment of menstrual period and extend spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome,explore its mechanism of action,and hope to provide a new idea in the treatment of prolonged menstruation.Materials and Methods From January 2017 to January 2018,70 patients who met the diagnosis in our hospital the First Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine)were selected and divided into a treatment group(Zhu Huang Decoction)and a control group(Progesterone Gel).Pills,35 in each group.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom scores,duration of BBT high temperature phase and transition time,serum progesterone(P)and endometrial thickness were observed before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in total symptom scores,main symptom scores,secondary symptom scores,BBT high temperature duration and transitional days,serum P values,and endometrial thickness between the two groups(P>0.05).Comparability.After treatment: Clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.71%(11 cases cured,14 cases markedly effective,and 5 cases effective).The total effective rate of the control group was 71.43%(6 cases cured,11 cases markedly effective,and 8 cases effective).The group had better clinical efficacy than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of TCM symptom efficacy,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 94.29%(11 cases cured,19 cases markedly effective,and 3 cases effective),71.43% of the control group(healed 6)Cases,markedly effective in 9 cases,effective in 10 cases),treatment group was superior to control group(P<0.05);TCM syndrome total scores,TCM symptom scores,TCM symptom scores,treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05);before and after treatment,there were significant differences between the two groups in BBT high temperature duration and the number of days of transition,serum P,and endometrial thickness(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment.(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups have significant effects in reducing the duration of BBT high temperature and the number of days of transition,decreasing the serum P value,and reducing the thickness of the endometrium.The recurrence rate was 13.33% in the treatment group and 71.43% in the control group,indicating that the control group was more likely to relapse(P<0.05).Adverse reactions,the treatment group was 5.71%,the control group 28.57%,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),that the treatment group than the control group,the incidence of adverse events is low,indicating that the safety of the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion Zhu Huang Decoction has a remarkable curative effect in prolonging the menstrual period and prolonging the spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome(Lute atrophy incomplete type).Zhu Huang is better than progesterone capsules in improving clinical symptoms,total scores of TCM syndromes,scores of major symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,secondary symptoms of TCM.The efficacy was consistent in reducing BBT high temperature persistence and the number of days of transition,reducing serum P values,and reducing endometrial thickness.In the treatment of menstrual period,the prolonged spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome(Luteotrophic insufficiency type)patients have less adverse reactions and low recurrence rate,which is a treatment method worthy of promotion and research.
