Objective : To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the combination of fire therapy and Acyclovir in the treatment of acute herpes zoster. Methods: Sixty-one patients from the dermatology department of the second affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of traditional Chinese Medicine were selected from the Department of Acupuncture and moxibustion from January 3,2017 to December 31,2017.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group(combined with acyclovir group)and control group(acyclovir group). Before clinical observation, the results of general observation were recorded, the time of blistering in both groups was evaluated by VAS,and the total symptom score was evaluated. After treatment, two groups of blisters stop increasing time, scab, eschar time and VA In order to evaluate the clinical efficacy of fire therapy combined with acyclovir in the treatment of acute herpes zoster, the incidence of PHN and adverse events were statistically analyzed..Results:1.in the treatment group and the control group, the time of increasing the number of blisters and the time of scab and scab were compared: the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.VAS score: the difference of VAS scores before and after treatment in the group was statistically significant(P<0.01),and there was significant statistical significance(P<0.01)after the treatment between the groups(P<0.01),and the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant(P<0.01).The comparison of.3.PHN in the treatment group was better than that in the treatment group. The comparison of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The combination of acyclovir and acyclovir could reduce the incidence of PHN in the treatment group.Comparison of the comprehensive efficacy of.4.: the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05)in the treatment of herpes zoster(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P>0.05),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: Compared with the control group, the treatment group was superior to the control group in the treatment of anti-blister,scabbing and descabbing of herpes zoster.Compared with the control group, the treatment group was better than thecontrol group in alleviating the pain, and the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group. The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in reducing the comprehensive symptom score.Fire therapy combined with acyclovir in the treatment of acute herpes zoster is effective.
