Xiaoyao Powder Combined With Entecavir For The Treatment Of Chronic Hepatitis B With Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome

Objective: Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoyao Powder Combined with antiviral therapy and antiviral therapy on Chronic Hepatitis B by reviewing the related indicators of 92 cases of Chronic Hepatitis B.Method: A case-control study was conducted.A total of 92 cases of outpatient medical records in the 2015-2017 years of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected.They were divided into treatment group and control group according to whether they were treated with Xiaoyao Powder or not.47 patients in the treatment group were treated with Xiaoyao Powder and antiviral therapy,and 45 cases in the control group were treated with simple antiviral therapy.The changes of clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome score,biochemical indicators,serum e antigen negative rate and serum HBV-DNA negative rate were observed at the initial diagnosis and 24 weeks after treatment.Then the therapeutic effects of the two treatments were compared.Results: 1.the overall efficacy: after 24 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 83%,and the effective rate of the control group was 66.7%.The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).2.The symptom improvement: compared with two groups before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),two groups of symptoms were significantly improved;the two groups after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group symptoms improved better than the control group.3.TCM syndrome score: two groups after treatment compared with before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05);comparison between the two groups after treatment,TCM syndrome score in treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group is better than control group.4.Biochemical indicators: two groups after treatment showed that the treatment group and the control group in ALT,AST,TBIL indicators have statistically significant differences(P < 0.05),and the index of treatment group was lower than control group,the treatment group in reducing liver enzyme and the effect of the total bilirubin is better than that of the control group;the two groups after treatment the ALB index had no significant difference.5.HBe Ag negative rate: there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).6.HBV-DNA conversion rate: there was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Xiaoyao Powder Combined with antiviral treatment in patients with chronic hepatitis B liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome,symptoms can significantly improve patients,contribute to the recovery of liver function and inhibit the progression of the disease,and the treatment process of this method is safe,effective and reliable,can improve the overall quality of life in patients with clinical,and is worthy of popularization and application.
