Zhubi Tongluo The Experimental Study Of The Soup Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis

OBJECTIVE: To develop the effective therapy for rheumatoid arthritis, and study the mechanisms of ZBTLT. To elucidate the role of interferon-gamma(IFN-gamma) and the serum level of IL-4 and TAX2 and PEG2 in the pathogenesis of RA.METHODS: 40 rats were randomized to 4 groups:(1) normal control group. (2) model group. (2)dexamethasone group. @ ZBTLT group. After handled correspondingly, interferon-gamma(IFN-gamma) and the serum level of IL-4 and TAX2 and PGI2 of AA rats Were measured.RESULTS: The results showed that the bioactivity of IFN-gamma and the content of PGE2 of serum level from AA rats increased more obviously than those from normal control group. But the bioactivity of IL-4 and the content of TAX2 of serum level from AA rats were lower than those from normal control group.CONCLUSION: IL-4 and IFN-gamma,TAX2, PGI2 played important role in the pathogenesis of RA . Their levels were related to the activity of RA. ZBTLT could correct the different balance of the functions of Thl/Th2 and PGI2/ TAX2 in AA rats.
