| Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy of shock wave therapy operat on acupoint with shock wave therapy operat on pain spot.To explore whether shock wave therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture therapy can improve the clinical effect of treatment and pain,To seek more effective clinical methods for treatment and pain. Methods: Select 60 patients with outpatient calcaneodynia, randomly divided into two groups,30 cases of control group patients give shock wave operat via acupoint treatment,30 cases of observation group of patients to shock wave treatment operat on pain point, around after completion of treatment and patients were followed for eight weeks, ask patients VAS score,AOFAS score and clinical curative effect,to evaluate the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.Result: Compared with the two groups before treatment, the VAS score of the observation group was compared with that of the pre-treatment VAS score after four weeks(P<0.05),which was statistically significant. The VAS score of the control group was compared with the pre-treatment VAS score after four weeks(P<0.05),which was statistically significant. The VAS score of the observation group was compared with that of the pretreatment VAS score after eight weeks(P<0.05),which was statistically significant. The VAS score of the control group after 8 weeks was compared with that of the pre-treatment VAS score after 8 weeks(P<0.05),which was statistically significant. The comparison of VAS scores in the observation group after four weeks and eight weeks(P<0.05),which was was statistically significant. The comparison of VAS score in the control group after four weeks and eight weeks P >0.05,which was not statistically significant. The AOFAS scores were compared with before treatment P<0.05,which was statistically significant. The AOFAS scores were compared with after treatment in the control group P<0.05,which was statistically significant. The AOFAS score was compared with before treatment P<0.05,which was statistically significant. The AOFAS score was compared with before treatment P<0.05,which was statistically significant. After treatment, the AOFAS score of the observation group was compared with 4 weeks after treatment, and P >0.05 was not statistically significant. In the control group, the AOFAS scorewas compared with that after treatment for 8 weeks after treatment, and P >0.05 was not statistically significant. After treatment, two groups of VAS scores were observed in the two groups after treatment, and P< 0.05 was statistically significant, and the VAS score was observed in the two groups after treatment for 8 weeks, and P< 0.05 was considered statistically significant. After treatment, the AOFAS scores were observed in the four weeks after treatment, and P>0.05 was not statistically significant. The AOFAS score was observed in the two groups after treatment for 8 weeks, and P>0.05 was not statistically significant.Clinical efficacy was observed in two groups of patients after 8 weeks of treatment, and P<0.05 was considered clinically significant. Conclusion: 1.The treatment of shockwave operat on pain point and the therapeutic effect of the treatment of shock wave operat via acupoint treatment and pain(VAS score 、 AOFAS score and clinical effect)were obvious;2.The therapeutic effect of shock wave operat via acupoint is better than the therapeutic effect of shockwave operat on pain spot. The therapeutic effect of shock wave operat via acupoint can maintain the analgesic effect for a longer time than that of shockwave operat on pain spot.4.The treatment of shock wave operat via acupoint with shock wave is similar to that of AOFAS score.5.Shock waves are safe and reliable in the treatment of pain.. |
