The Effect Of Jingangjian Bone Tablets On OPG/RANKL/RANK System Of Bone Tissue In Ovariectomized Rats

Objective:By studying the effects of Jingang Jiangu Tablet on OPG/RANKL/RANK system in ovariectomized rats,to explore the mechanism of anti-osteoporosis.Methods: The osteoporosis model of SD rats was established by ovariectomy.And establish the normal group,sham operation group,model group(simple ovariectomized group),estrogen group(nylestriol group)and Jingang Jiangu Tablet group.The administration was started after successful modeling by using 12 weeks to build.The normal group,the sham operation group,and the model group(single ovariectomized group)were given a corresponding volume of distilled water for 12 weeks.After the administration,the femurs were taken for pathological examination,and the expression of OPG and RANKL in the rat bone tissue was detected by immunohistochemical method.Result:In the model group(simple ovariectomized group),the area ratio of femoral bone trabecular was significantly reduced,OPG expression in bone tissue was significantly reduced,RANKL expression was significantly increased,and the ratio of OPG/RANKL was significantly reduced.Compared with the normal group and the sham operation group,the differences in the model group(simple ovariectomized group)has statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the model group(simple ovariectomized group),the rate of femoral bone trabecular area in the Jingang Jiangu Tablet group was significantly increased,indicating that it has a good anti-osteoporosis effect: OPG expression in the bone tissue was significantly increased,the RANKL expression was significantly reduced and the OPG/RANKL ratio was significantly higher.The differences were both statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion: Conclusions: 1.Jingang Jiangu Tablet can significantly increase the bone trabecula area ratio of ovariectomized rats and play a role in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis.2.Jingang Jiangu Tablet can increase OPG content in osteogenic tissue and cartilage tissue of ovariectomized rats,decrease RANKL content,and increase OPG/RANKL ratio.3.By affecting the OPG/RANKL/RANK system,Jingang Jiangu Tablet plays an important role in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporos.
