The Effect Of Jianpi Xiaoai Recipe And Its Disassembled Formulas On The Expression Of E-cadherin And Vimentin In Nude Mice With Colon Cancer In Situ Implantation

Objective To investigate the Effects of Jianpi Xiaoai Prescription and its separates on weight,degree of metastasias,tumor inhibition rates and expressions of E-cadherin and Vimentin in nude mice with colon cancer.Methods Mice were randomly divided into Jianpi Yi Qi group,Huayu Jiedu group,Jianpi Xiaoai Prescription group and 5-Fu group,setting model and normal group as a comparison.The expressions of E-cadherin and Vimentin in cancerous and para-carcinoma tissues were measured.Results(1)The weight loss of the Huayu Jiedu group was higher than that of model group.Jianpi Xiaoai Prescription and the omni-recipe group's weight loss was less than that of model group.(2)Compared with model group,all of the groups showed a lower degree of metastasias,the Huayu Jiedu group was the lowest one.(3)The Huayu Jiedu group and the Jianpi Xiaoai Prescription group had a better effects on tumor inhibition rates(P<0.05).There was significant difference between The Jianpi Yi Qi group and model group in tumor inhibition rates(P>0.05).(4)Compared with the model group,the expression of E-cadherin was higher in all groups,and the highest was in the Jianpi Xiaoai Prescription group and5-FU groups(P<0.01).There was significant difference between Jianpi Xiaoai Prescription group and its separates of the expression of E-cadherin(P<0.05,0.01).While expressions of E-cadherin between Jianpi Xiaoai Prescription group and 5-Fu group had no significant difference(P>0.05).(5)Compared with the model group,the expression of Vimentin was lower in all groups,and the lowest was in the Jianpi Xiaoai Prescription group and 5-FU groups(P<0.01).There was significant difference between Jianpi Xiaoai Prescription group and its separates(P<0.05,0.01).While the Vimentin expression levels of Jianpi Xiaoai Prescription group and 5-Fu group are nearly the same(P>0.05).Conclusion(1)Jianpi Yi Qi group showed a better effects on stable weigh,while Huayu Jiedu group presented inhibitions in tumor and metastasis.Jianpi Xiaoai Prescription showed advantages in both sides.(2)Jianpi Xiaoai Prescription showed a better effect on the expression of E-cadherin and Vimentin of nude mice with colon cancer.It could promote the homogeneity adhesion between the tumor cells and inhibiting colon cancer invasion and metastasis.
