Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine health management intervention on malnutritional type malnutrition,to establish TCM health records to meet the malnutritional type malnutrition in children,to carry out health management intervention by traditional Chinese medicine,TCM syndrome curative effect evaluation of its effectiveness,and provides a solid basis for the intervention type malnutritional malnutrition clinical method.Methods:A total of 300 children were enrolled in the kindergarten examination center of Henan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,Zhengzhou,China,and the WeChat platform was screened out by the tutor clinic.The results of this study were as follows:85.The patients were divided into intervention group and control group with 43 cases in each group(n = 42).The intervention group was treated with Chinese medicine and health management,the development of traditional Chinese medicine health management program,from the diet,living,exercise,tea,massage five aspects of individual guidance and intervention on the life of children's daily behavior,and urge strict.management during execution,combined with WeChat,answering consulting,telephone follow-up,timely detection of problems,to optimize and improve the management the scheme.The control group only gave the principle guidance.The curative effect was counted every 2 months,and the total course of treatment was 6 months.Using Excel to establish the database,the symptom score using SPSS20.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:The traditional Chinese medicine health management has the obvious curative effect on malnutritional type malnutrition,P<0.05 compared with the control group,with significant difference.The total effective rate was 90%in the intervention group and the control group was 65%.The improvement of appetite,appetite,body weight and stool symptoms in the intervention group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).From the perspective of TCM syndrome,the effect of TCM syndrome in intervention group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement of symptoms(scores)and symptom improvement rate were significantly better than those of the control group.In the intervention group or guardian according to syndrome,symptoms,age and other characteristics,can choose suitable for children with diet,living,exercise,tea,massage and other rehabilitation method,learned the curing methods of traditional Chinese medicine,and malnutrition have a general understanding of knowledge.Conclusion:In order to achieve better effect of health management intervention,malnutritional type malnutrition of traditional Chinese medicine for at least 6 months.The traditional Chinese medicine core ideas and methods such as"overall concept","disease","traditional Chinese medicine" and "modem management" concept was established by combining traditional Chinese medicine and health management,to provide personalized solutions for recuperation malnutritional malnutrition in children with type,including catering facilities,living,sports,photo transfer tea,foot bath,massage and other health plans can be effective prevention and control of malnutrition,and malnutrition in children can help establish the correct way of life and habits,improve the quality of life of children with malnutrition,let children get a better prognosis,achieved satisfactory effect on the prevention of malnutrition.Fully prove that the traditional Chinese medicine health management for malnutrition intervention effectiveness and importance of the health management model is worthy of further research and promotion,and provides ideas for the prevention and treatment of other chronic diseases.
