Preliminary Study On The Health Management Of Pre-hypertension In Traditional Chinese Medicine Based On The Theory Of TCM Treatment

Objective: in the treatment of disease theory to guide the pre hypertensive population information collection,assessment,intervention and health tracking service,so as to construct the health management mode with Chinese characteristics;through retrospective study and prospective test,improve the health management of pre hypertension TCM,and strive through Chinese medicine and health management,the formation of a "regular monitoring of health intervention and health management--back to the ideal blood pressure" virtuous cycle,in order to prevent hypertension front forward.Methods: from August 2016 to November 2016 in the Hunan Chinese Medicine University Affiliated Hospital of Chenzhou Third People's Hospital and a center for health management and health management center of physical examination,physical examination from randomly selected from 150 cases of patients with prehypertension and met the inclusion criteria;the prehypertension group divided into intervention group and control group,75 cases in each group;the basic information,the establishment of the research object the individual information of electronic health records,health assessment,health guidance given to the intervention group intervention and health status tracking service collected;the blank control group was not given any health management measures;monthly telephone follow-up once every March visit them once and collect the observation index;through single factor analysis of variance and correlation analysis the pre hypertension traditional Chinese medicine health management effectiveness model,constructed in the treatment of disease Guide Pre hypertension health management model.Results: the basic health status,150 cases of patients with prehypertension and daily life diet behavior study,overweight and obese participants(BMI,24kg/ m)majority,accounting for 78.7% of the study population.The men and women compared to overweight and obese men(BMI,24kg/ m)more than overweight and obese women,which accounted for 56% and 28%.The use of statistical methods,the risk factors that induce pre hypertension family history,smoking,drinking,high saltdiet,living law,exercise;these risk factors aside from family history and lifestyle have a certain correlation.According to the risk factors of hypertension,150 hypertensive patients were divided into two groups: control group and traditional Chinese medicine health management group.Chinese medicine health management intervention group and the control group had no significant difference in smoking cessation,living the law,but other risk factors have significant differences in hypertension disease knowledge awareness,healthy lifestyle adoption rate of Chinese medicine and health management group were improved.The effect of blood pressure control,the Chinese medicine health management group than the control group significantly decreased blood pressure,body mass index and triglycerides decreased.Conclusion: through the study of traditional Chinese medicine health management of patients with prehypertension,proved that the use of the treatment of disease and health management theory,the pre hypertensive population for therapeutic intervention of life,can effectively reduce the pre hypertensive population BMI and triglyceride and the pre hypertensive population blood pressure dropped to a certain extent,guide in prehypertensive people in the initiative to understand and improve the active disease prevention consciousness of disease knowledge,it will be in the prevention and control of hypertension and reduce the incidence of hypertension front forward has important significance.Therefore,it is a new way to prevent and cure hypertension by constructing the model of health management of hypertension in tcm.
