| Objective: Professor Hou Jianghong has been engaged in clinic for more than 30 years,who is good at using Traditional Chinese Medicine theory to prevent common diseases of pediatrics,especially good at the prevention and treatment of pediatric stagnation.On the basis of inheriting and carrying forward the previous experience of treating infantile stagnation,he combined with his own clinical experience in treating this disease,paid equal attention to prevention and control,and achieved significant clinical efficacy.The study is based on the understanding of tutor to the children stagnation of key etiology and pathogenesis,using randomized and controlled method to explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine health management on the intervention effect of children with stagnation of milk and food,provide new methods and ideas for clinical prevention and treatment of children pediatric stagnation.Methods:Selected 64 cases of children with stagnation of milk and food products,who were treatmented in Henan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital outpatient department of Pediatrics,Famous medical clinic,Chengdong Road outpatient treatment of children,who were randomly divided into management group and control group,each with 32 cases.The management group received Traditional Chinese Medicine health management,and the detailed intervention program were made,the management of the massage and the management of the medicine tea were given based on diet management,daily life management and sports management,individualized guidance and intervention on the daily behaviors of children,training the child’s guardian in the intervention plan and supervise the implementation;The control group was given Baohe Pill.1 to3 years old,once 6;4 to 14 years old,once 8 pills at a time.Three times a day.Treatment for 7 consecutive days,two groups of children before and after treatment of main symptoms,secondary symptoms as indicators of observation,compare the efficacy of the two groups;The two groups were followed up for 2 months,and the recurrence rate was compared;At the same time,two groups of children with blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,liver and kidney function and other related safety indicators were observed,the adverse events during the treatment period were recorded and the safety of the two groups was compared.Results: Before treatment,there was a significant difference between the management group and the control group,there was no comparability;Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the management group and the control group in age,sex,course of disease,disease distribution,main symptoms and other secondary symptoms.After treatment,the management group of the main symptom score and Secondary symptom score were significantly improved compared with before treatment;After treatment,the control group of main symptom score,putrid vomiting score,abnormal stool score,tongue scores were significantly improved compared with before treatment;After treatment,the control group had no significant improvement in mental symptoms,which was not statistically significant;After treatment,the main symptom score and secondary syndrome score of the management group were better than the control group;The total effective rate and clinical cure rate of the management group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the recurrence rate of the management group was significantly lower than that of the control group after 2 months;There was no adverse reactions in the management group and the control group during the management process.Conclusion: ⑴ The intervention effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine health management on children with stagnation is certain,which can significantly improve the symptoms of stagnation in children;⑵Traditional Chinese Medicine health management can reduce the recurrence rate of pediatrics stagnation;⑶ The use of Traditional Chinese Medicine health management intervention in children with stagnation is safe and reliable,no adverse reactions. |
