that,in the formulation of the standard at the beginning,due to sample size leads to a standard limit setting is not reasonable,there are some defects,which seriously restrict the development of Dendrobium candidum industry,so the extensive market research and evaluate the quality of Dendrobium commodity circulation,develop a reasonable quality standard of Dendrobium candidum And the healthy development of the Dendrobium candidum industry chain,has important significance.This paper collected in different producing areas of Dendrobium 104 batches of medicinal materials,the comparative study of the quality,according to the research results:the reasonable limits of mannose and glucose peak area ratio;the other found in the comparative study of quality of Dendrobium and mannose determination of polysaccharide content in the pretreatment time is too long,the process is complex and need expensive reagents,resulting in high testing cost,and specificity is poor.According to reports in the literature:naringenin as specific ingredients in Dendrobium candidum with anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,analgesic,antioxidant,anti-tumor and immune Regulation effect,determination reagent naringenin need low price,and the method is rapid,accurate,reliable,therefore,intends to increase the determination of Dendrobium as control quality index of content in the peel,in order to better control the quality of Dendrobium medicinal materials and related products.According to the research results:the proposed amendment to the?Chinese Pharmacopoeia?2015 version of Dendrobium standards to the National Pharmacopoeia Committee and the Guizhou provincial food and drug administration proposed amendments to Guizhou province"Chinese herbal medicine,National Medicinal Dendrobium(Ganoderma powder,lyophilized)" quality standard;and the different parts,different processing methods of the quality system of Dendrobium candidum Comparative study.Dendrobium root belongs to the aerial roots of Dendrobium,often epiphytic or in pine rock matrix,artificial imitation of the wild in the pine bark,due to the large number of cutting pine for pine bark,which caused serious damage to the natural environment;Polygonum capitatum belongs to whole plant medicine,will produce a large number of Polygonum capitatum dregs in this experiment,Polygonum capitatum and pine bark in available Medicinal Dendrobium candidum analysis:mannose and glucose peak area ratio of the average value is 2.3,the ratio of 1.84.to fall 20%in combination with the production practice,suggestions:2015 edition?Chinese Pharmacopoeia?Dendrobium under "mannose and glucose peak area ratio limit by" 2.4?8 "revised as " 1.8 to 8".1.2 A comparative study of different origin of Dendrobium naringenin content Based on the 15 different areas(Zhejiang,Yunnan,Guizhou)a comparative study on the content of Dendrobium naringin,according to the experimental results indicated that:the average content from the origin point of view,Zhejiang,Yunnan,Guizhou origin of naringenin average contents were 13.19%,13.6%,10.59%,the mannose and glucose peak area than the corresponding average value 2.61,2.46,1.94.were:Zhejiang,Yunnan origin of the average content of naringenin and mannose and glucose similar peak area than the average,higher than the Guizhou origin;it can be concluded that
