Research On The Elderly Care Problems In The Integrated Medical And Elderly Care Institutions In Heze City

In recent years,the rapid development of the international economy has great decreased people’s desire for reproduction,resulting in a creepy decline in fertility rate.At the same time,the rapid advancement of medical technology has prolonged life greatly.Thus,many countries,including China,have entered the aging process,and the development of the process is becoming faster and faster.The olds are always weak and vulnerable,which is proved by the various hurts and diseases happened on them.So,the need for long-term nursing services is growing.The traditional family-based pension model can no longer meet the needs of the large amount of the old people.However,the existing eld caring institutions are not only short of bed-space,but also too expensive for median income families,and they could only provide daily care without of the basic healthy care.The management of the institutions is not good as well,which is totally a mass.So,we must develop rest homes or eld-caring institutions now.The eld-caring form combining daily care and healthy care has gotten some achievements in China by now,but it is still defective.Nor is its theory mature.Those led to the failure of the inspiration of its great advantages.In the front-line areas,the form has been carried out and went on well with the support of sufficient funds.However,in most areas,specially the less developed areas,to which Heze belong,the shorts of funds,talents,and other necessaries brought huge difficulties to the development of the eld-caring form.As the fact that most of the young citizens work outside,the aging problem in Heze is serious.It is urgent for the government to develop the eld-caring models combining daily-care and healthy care.Here we listed the background and the meaning of the study of the eld-caring model combining daily-care and healthy care,present the previous studies in home and abroad,and the basic concepts involved.Then,we studied the questions in the eld-caring form combining daily-care and healthy care in Heze on the base of the theories and the successful experiments.After a deep exploration in four areas(reality background,present base,policy environment,five models of the eld-caring)of the present eld-caring form,we found it got problems in money,policy,talents,thoughts,and the assignment of resources.So,we give the suggestions as below.First,the government should increase the input of money and preferential policies.Second,the government and the society should watch the eld-caring institutions closely.Third,the new models should be created.The last but not least,the government should over speak the novel eld-caring thoughts.The healthy care career and the eld caring career developed as two separate areas in Heze.They are both underdeveloped and seeking for a breakout,which benefited the revolution of theeld-caring form combining daily care and healthy care.This essay further fulfil the old caring theory system,and may provide some suggestions for the developments of the eld-caring form combining daily care and healthy care in Heze and other underdeveloped areas.
