Clinical Observation On Modified Wendan Decoction In Treating Stable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease With Phlegm-Heat Stasis Syndrome

Objective: Through the observation of the clinical efficacy of "Jiawei Wendan Decoction" in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,To verify the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,and to open up new research ideas for further study on the pathogenesis and treatment of chest pain and heart disease.Methods:The subjects selected in this clinical observation were from March 20,2018 to December 2018,and 60 patients with coronary heart disease stable angina outpatients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Thirty patients in the treatment group(conventional western medicine treatment plus "Jiawei Wendan Decoction")and 30 patients in the control group(conventional western medicine treatment plan)were set.After 2 weeks of administration,Observing the influence of TCM symptom scores,angina pectoris symptoms,electrocardiogram,blood lipids and inflammation indicators.Results: "Jiawei Wendan Decoction" Can significantly improve the patient's subjective symptoms of Chinese medicine,including chest tightness,chest pain,upset,palpitations,dry mouth,mouth pain,yellow sticky phlegm,etc.(P <0.05);can significantly improve angina symptoms including reducing the degree of angina,number of episodes,duration of pain And the amount of nitroglycerin required for angina pectoris(P<0.05);can significantly improve myocardial ischemic performance of electrocardiogram(P<0.05);can significantly reduce blood lipid TG,CHOL,LDL-C and increase HDL-C level and The level of C-reactive protein(CPR)in the inflammation index was decreased(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the subjective symptoms of TCM,the symptoms of angina pectoris,the effect of myocardial ischemia on electrocardiogram,and the CPR of blood lipid inflammation index(P<0.05).Conclusion: "Jiawei Wendan Decoction" can improve the stability of coronary heart disease,improve angina pectoris symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients,improve the myocardial ischemia,blood lipids and inflammation indicators of ECG,which can be further explored.
