Objective:1.Through the questionnaire epidemiological survey of chronic urticaria patients,to observe the physical distribution characteristics of patients and the correlation with related factors.2.By studying the clinical efficacy of "constitution differentiation" and "syndrome differentiation" in the treatment of chronic urticaria, the guiding role of TCM constitution theory in the prevention and treatment of chronic urticaria was preliminarily discussed.Methods:1.Through epidemiological investigation, the characteristics of constitution distribution of chronic urticaria patients and the correlation between the most common constitution types and age,sex and syndrome types were analyzed.2.54 cases of chronic urticaria with Qi deficiency and wind dryness syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Yupingfeng powder and Siwu Xiaofeng powder, while the control group was treated with Siwu Xiaofeng powder. The evaluation indexes and recurrence rates of the two groups were recorded to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results:1.The results of epidemiological investigation showed that among the nine constitutions of chronic urticaria patients, the distribution of qi deficiency was the most, and the distribution of blood stasis was the least.Compared with other constitutions, the distribution of qi deficiency was significantly different.2.The distribution of TCM syndromes in chronic urticaria with qi deficiency and quality was significantly different, and there were differences in gender and course of disease among different syndromes, but there was no significant difference in age.3.In the observation of clinical medication, there was no significant difference in all aspects of scores between the two groups before 2 weeks of treatment and after 2weeks of treatment;the recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Chronic urticaria patients are more common in women, and the onset of chronic urticaria is mostly in the youth. The most common constitutional types of nine TCM constitutional types of chronic urticaria are Qi deficiency, and there are obvious differences in constitutional distribution.2.Distribution of TCM syndromes in patients with chronic urticaria of Qi deficiency is different, and there are differences in gender and course of disease among different syndromes, but there is no difference in age.3.The treatment plan of "constitution differentiation" combined with "syndrome differentiation" is more ideal in alleviating illness, reducing the score of TCM symptoms, improving quality of life, improving clinical efficacy and reducing recurrence. It provides new ideas and clinical basis for clinical treatment of chronic urticaria.
