Clinical Observation Of Wendan Decoction And Danshen Decoction In The Treatment Of Hyperlipidemia (phlegm And Blood Stasis Mutual Obstruction)

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Wendan decoction combined with Danshen decoction on hyperlipidemia patients(syndrome of Phlegm-blood stasis),and to analyze its safety and explore the thinkig of treating hyperlipidemia with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:60 cases of hyperlipidemia(syndrome of Phlegm-blood stasis)were selected,and were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The control group was treated with the western medicine alone,and the treatment group was treated with test group decoction on the basis of the same western medicine treatment,the treatment time was all 6 weeks.To observe the changes of blood(TC?TG?LDL-C?HDL-C)lipid level and TCM symptoms score before and after treatment.At the same time,we observed the occurrence of adverse reactions in the course of treatment.Results:1.Comparison of TCM symptom score:After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups were lower than th ose before.Intra-group comparison,the difference was statistically signifieant(P<0.01).ComPared with the control group,the symptom score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically signifieant(P<0.01).2.Comparison of blood lipid levels:The levels of blood lipid in both groups were improved(P<0.01)·The improvement of TC and LDL-C in the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,there was no significant difference in the levels of TG and HDL-C(P>0.05).3.Total clinical efficacy:Curative effect of TCM:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.40-/o,that of the control group was 72.40-/o,and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically signifieant(P<0.05).Therapeutic effect of blood lipid:The total effective rate was 92.%in the treatment group and 89.7%in the control group.There was no significant difference in blood lipid efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).4.Safety:There were no obvious adverse reactions during treat ment in both groups,indicating that the two drugs were safe and reliable.Conclusion:Wendan decoction and Danshen decoction combined with atorvastatin can effectively improve the TCM syndrome and blood lipid(TC?LDL)level of patients with hyperlipidemia(syndrome of Phlegm-blood stasis),the curative effect is better than that of wes tern medicine alone,and there were no obvious adverse reactions.
