Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Atopic Dermatitis Of Blood Deficiency And Wind Dryness With Chinese Herbal Antibacterial And Antipruritic Bathing Liquid

Objective:To observe the curative effect of 90 patients with atopic dermatitis of blood deficiency and wind dryness type by using Chinese medicine bacteriostasis and itch relieving bath solution,and to seek a safer and more effective treatment for patients.Methods: 1.The bacteriostasis effect was determined by the control experiment,and the quality of the bath fluid was tested.The group with the best bacteriostasis effect was selected and compared with Fushu Zhiyang Ointment in 90 patients with atopic dermatitis of blood deficiency and wind dryness type.2.In clinical observation,the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine bath solution combined with antihistamines,while the control group was treated with Fushu Zhiyang Ointment combined with antihistamines.The two groups were children group and adults group.SCORAD score was used to judge the skin function of subjects before treatment,4 weeks after treatment and 8 weeks after treatment.Results : 1.Through the development of traditional Chinese medicine bath liquid in the laboratory,select the fourth group with the best bacteriostasis effect to observe 90 cases of atopic dermatitis with blood deficiency and wind dryness.2.90 patients with atopic dermatitis of blood deficiency and wind dryness type had no statistical significance and comparability in gender,age and course of disease by statistical analysis;after 4 weeks of treatment with traditional Chinese medicine bath solution combined with antihistamine drugs,there was significant difference between the two groups after 8 weeks of treatment and before treatment;after 4 weeks of treatment,the skin elasticity and water content of the two groups were significantly different;after treatment with traditional Chinese medicine bath solution and Fushu Zhiyang ointment,the skin elasticity and water content of the two groups were significantly different.After 8 weeks of treatment,there were significant differences in skin elasticity,moisture,melanin content,bath comfort and odor between the two groups.3.On the total clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of Chinese medicine bacteriostasis antipruritic bath solution combined treatment group was 87.5%,and that of Fushu antipruritic ointment combined control group was 73.8%,so the effective rate of Chinese medicine bacteriostasis antipruritic bath solution was better than that of control group.Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese medicine bacteriostasis and antipruritic bath solution and antihistamine can effectively improve pruritus symptoms in patients with atopic dermatitis of blood deficiency and wind dryness type.
