Clinical Study Of Self-made Bushen Tonglin Decoction Combined With ESWL In The Treatment Of Ureteral Calculi

BackgroundDomestic and foreign studies have shown that the incidence of ureteral calculi has increased year by year in recent years,which is one of the common risk factors affecting human health.Renal colic caused by ureteral calculi brings great pain to patients,if not treated in time,even can affect renal function.Modern medicine will impact on the environment,individual differences,such as urine component considered ureteral calculi related factors,along with the development of medical imaging technology,the diagnosis of ureteral calculi is becoming more and more precise,B ultrasonic,X-ray,CT can accurately find the position of the stones,such as quantity,shape,size,etc.,mainly through modern medicine conservative,drugs,surgical method to treat ureteral calculi,for smaller,smooth surface,ureteral obstruction and adhesion of calculi patients take a conservative or medication,difficult for drug treatment of ureteral calculi with ESWL or ureteroscopy treatment such as surgery,In recent years,ESWL has become the preferred treatment for ureteral calculi,but there are complications such as ureteral walking zone pain,hematuria and "stone street" after ESWL.Chinese medical treatment of ureteral calculi has the advantages of economic safety,small adverse reactions,and definite curative effect of stone removal.Combining traditional Chinese medicine with modern medicine for the treatment of ureteral calculi can broaden the thinking of the treatment of ureteral calculi and have far-reaching significance for the development of the treatment of ureteral calculi.ObjectivesTo compare the efficacy of self-designed kidney-tonifying decoction combined with ESWL in the treatment of ureteral calculi through a clinical study of self-designed kidney-tonifying decoction combined with ESWL in the treatment of ureteral calculi,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy of self-designed kidney-tonifying decoction combined with ESWL in the treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods84 patients diagnosed as ureteral calculi in the outpatient department of urology of dongfang hospital were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table.The control group was treated with ESWL alone,and the two groups were re-examined with b-ultrasound on the 7th,14th and 21st days after surgery,respectively.The differences in clinical symptom score,effective rate,lithotripsy frequency and stone removal time between the two groups were observed and evaluated.Research results1.There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in general conditions,including gender,age,residence site of stones,and stone size(P>0.05),and no statistically significant differences in clinical symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),indicating that the overall situation of the two groups before treatment was comparable.2.After treatment,the difference in symptom scores between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total effective rate of patients in the two groups was 97.6%in the treatment group and 90.48%in the control group.The effective rate of patients in the treatment group was compared with that in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.3.After treatment,38 patients in the treatment group received 1 tripsy,3 patients received 2 tripsy and 1 patient received 3 tripsy.Among the 42 patients in the control group,32 patients underwent 1 lithotripsy,6 patients underwent 2 lithotripsy,and 4 patients underwent 3 lithotripsy.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After treatment,36 patients in the treatment group were discharged from calculi within 1-7 days,2 patients were discharged from calculi within 8-14 days,and 3 patients were discharged from calculi within 15-21 days.In the control group,30 patients were discharged from calculi within 1-7 days,2 patients were discharged from calculi within 8-14 days,and 6 patients were discharged from calculi within 15-21 days.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusionthe self-designed kidney-tonifying and drenching decoction combined with ESWL in the treatment of ureteral calculi and the single use of ESWL in the treatment of ureteral calculi have different degrees of improvement in clinical symptom score,total effective rate,stone removal time,lithotripsy times,etc.,and the self-designed kidney-tonifying and drenching decoction combined with ESWL has a better effect in the treatment of ureteral calculi.
