Based On The Auxiliary Platform Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance, To Explore The Medication Rule Of Cui Xia In The Treatment Of Children With Recurrent Respiratory Infections

Objective:Based on the platform of inheritance of traditional Chinese Medicine(V2.5),This study aims to analyze the composing principles of the prescriptions and summarize the academic thought given by Professor Cui Xia for the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection,as well as providing some data support and reference basis for new drug development.Methods:After a total of 600 prescriptions on 200 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection in remission stage by Professor Cui Xia were selected by Retrospective research method in The Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from January 2013 to January 2018,TCM Inheritance Support System V2.5 was used to build database.Frequency analysis,association rule analysis,complex system e ntropy clustering and other data mining methods were used to analyze frequency,medicine association rules and discover new prescriptions for the treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infections in children.Results:A total of 200 cases were included in the study.The basic data showed that the age of onset of the disease was more common in pre-school age and school age,with more males than females.Totally 600 clinical prescriptions including 192 kinds of Chinese materia medica were collected.Statistics of mainly used medicines four properties,five tastesi and meridian attribution:They were type of medicine.Derived from the drug is warm,cold and flat,Sweet taste medicines aremore and those are maily affect lung,spleen,stomach and liver.The Chinese meteria medica with the high frequency were flosmagnoliae,Honey-fried Radix Astragali,Fried Atractylodes,Radix Sileris,Cortex Mori,Chickens Gizzard-membrane,Dried tangerine peel,Fructus Xanthii,Amomum cardamomum,Adenophora tetraphylla,Schisandra chinensis,Cortex lycii radicis,Radix paeoniae Alba,Rhizoma Chuanx,Cassia twig,Radix Rehmanniae,Rhizoma Pinelliae,Semen coicis,Angelica,Scutellaria,Aadix bupleuri,Aadix pseudostellariae,etc.Through observing the common drug network display combination,it was found that the drugs were just composed of Angelica decoction complex,Xiao Chaihu Decoction,Yi-fei-Fu-gan decoction.A total of 16 core drug combinations and 8 new prescriptions for the treatment of children's with recurrent respiratory tract infection were excavated,among which the most clinically valuable ones were new prescription2(Rhizoma Cohosh,Turmeric,Prepared Rhei Radix et Rhizoma,Bombyx Batryticatus),new prescription 4(Fructus Xanthii,Rhizoma Chuanx,Fructus aurantii,Aadix bupleuri),new prescriptions(Scutellaria,Angelica,Cortex lycii radicis,Rhizoma Coptidis,Cortex Phellodendr),new prescription 6(Semen dolichoris,Polygonatum odoratum,Pericarpium Arecae,Medicated leaven,Codonopsis pilosula,Semen nelumbinis),new prescription 7(Fructus Amomi,Lindera aggregata,Alpinia katsumada Charred Semen Arecae),new prescription 9(Rhizoma zingiberis,Asarum sieboldi Mig,Chickens Gizzard-membrane,Honey-fried Aster,Pberetima).Conclusion:Blood stasis and heat accumulation,Deficiency of lung-spleen and pathogen hiding in Lung,Shaoyang disorder are the three aspects which are frequently used by Professor Cui Xia to treat children with recurrent respiratory tract infection,In clinical treatment,Angelica decoction complex can cool blood and dissipate blood stasi,clear away heat and toxic material,nourish qi-yin,Yi-fei-Fu-gan decoction is used to tonifying qi and invigorating spleen,cleaning lurking fire,Xiao Chaihu Decoction can reconcile shaoyang,strengthen the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors.Most children with recurrent respiratory tract infections are belong to the deficiency of both the lung and the spleen syndrome in this study.Professor Cui Xia thinks that children's recurrent respiratory tract infections are mainly related to the lung,spleen and kidney,among which pathogenic facts are Latent fire,blood stasis and heat and phlegm and retained fluid.She also emphasizes strengthening and consolidating body resistance,warming yang qi,regulating qi,eliminating phlegm and dissipating blood stasis,and paying attention to other viscera.The four points to medication:Using warming and cold simultaneously,opening by pungent drugs and descending by bitter drugs,reinforcing and eliminating in combination,adding or subtracting drugs according to syndrome differentiation.
