Background and PurposeThe incidence of chronic kidney disease in China is about 10.8%,which is a high incidence disease with poor prognosis and heavy social and economic burden.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is one of the characteristic methods for the treatment of chronic kidney disease. The prophase of the present study, with traditional Chinese medicine and chronic kidney disease(CKD)for keywords, the related literature at home and abroad were reviewed and the econometric analysis(see review),the results show that the usual clinical research focused on the syndrome of TCM syndrome types and research, the symptoms and its significance, the correlation of symptoms with lab description is less, only describes the distribution in different stages of kidney disease. Is the actual situation,in contrast, comparison of traditional Chinese medicine attaches great importance to the clinical symptoms, and western medicine attaches great importance to the patient's physical and chemical indexes, thus to investigate the relationship between the symptoms and laboratory indexes, not only for clinical diagnosis and treatment, and for optimization of diagnosis and treatment of Chinese and western medicine combined with chronic kidney disease, curative effect evaluation, and promote the development of the combination of Chinese and western medicine medicine has important significance.Specific to this study, patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD)as the research object, the relationship between clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes,on patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD)weight can represent its western medicine illness symptoms, whether between symptoms and indicators have a certain degree of consistency,in addition to solve practical confusion about the significance of their symptoms, for the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine clinical diagnosis and treatment of kidney disease, and thus determine the significance of symptom curative effect evaluation, optimization of Chinese and western medicine treatment indeed instant also has certain practical significance.Methods1 Bibliometric analysis:Comparative study on TCM and chronic kidney disease at home and abroadMethods:in November 2018,professional retrieval method was used to retrieve the Scopus database and the journal database of cnki. The search area was Chinese medicine and chronic kidney disease.Search word is:takes its Insufficiency,Chronic,Kidney Insufficiency,Medicine,Chinese Traditional,Chinese Medicine,Traditional Chinese and western Medicine,Chronic Kidney disease(CKD),etc. After ranking according to the number of citations, the first 100 literatures of the two databases were screened. The relevant published data and research contents were extracted and compared, and Spearman method was used to analyze the correlation between the publication year and the impact factors of the paper.2 Clinical trial study:study on the correlation between TCM symptoms and laboratory indicators in patients with chronic kidney diseaseMethods:patients with chronic kidney disease who were admitted to the outpatient department of cardiology and nephrology of traditional Chinese medicine and the outpatient department of nephrology from November 2018 to February 2019 were selected.General information,TCM syndrome elements,TCM symptoms and corresponding laboratory indexes of the patients were collected through questionnaire survey.SPSS 23.0 was used for correlation analysis.Pearson correlation analysis was used when the bivariate was a fixed distance variable with normal distribution.Spearman correlation analysis was adopted when the bivariate was a fixed distance variable and did not conform to the normal distribution.Kendall correlation analysis was used when the bivariate was an ordered variable. When one of the two variables is the distance variable and the other is the ordered variable, the variables with statistical differences will be screened out after F test, and the correlation analysis of the two variables will be conducted by Eta variance coefficient.Results1 Bibliometric analysis:Comparative study on TCM and chronic kidney disease at home and abroad(1)72%of the literatures in CNKI journal database were published after 2000,and 100%of the literatures in Scopus database were published after 2005.(2)Scopus database collection of literature published year was positively related with CiteScore relationship(p r = 0.337<0.01),while CNKI periodical of library literature published year the correlation between influence factors and no statistical significance.(3)the literatures in Scopus database are inferior studies of traditional Chinese medicine for chronic kidney disease, and the literatures in CNKI journal database are inferior studies of traditional Chinese medicine for chronic kidney disease.(4)22%of the literatures in the CNKI journal database were syndrome type related studies, and 0%of Scopus literatures were syndrome type related studies.2 Clinical trial study:study on the correlation between TCM symptoms and laboratory indicators in patients with chronic kidney disease(1)a total of 205 questionnaires were distributed in this study. After excluding 3 pregnant women and 49 patients who obtained renal function results,153 patients obtained blood creatinine results,139 patients obtained urea nitrogen results, and 93 patients obtained 24h urine protein quantitative results.(2)nocturnal urine length(r=0.217),shortness of breath lazy speech(r=0.140),less food,stay(r=0.182)and chronic kidney disease(CKD)stages were positively correlated.(3)nocturnal urine length(Eta=0.290),shortness of breath(Eta=0.233),ascites(Eta=0.169)were correlated with eGFR.(4)nocturnal urine clear length(Eta=0.259),shortness of breath lazy speech(Eta=0.266),eating less sodium dull(Eta=0.380),complexion dull(Eta=0.282),hand and foot convulsions(Eta=0.200)were correlated with blood creatinine.(5)nocturnal urine length(Eta=0.351),pallor(Eta=0.282),hand and foot convulsions(Eta=0.241)were correlated with blood urea nitrogen.(6)edema(Eta=0.307)was correlated with the quantitative determination of urinary protein at 24h.(7)the correlation between the total score of TCM symptom scale and the total score of blood stasis and eGFR,blood creatinine, blood urea nitrogen and 24h urine protein was not statistically significant.Conclusion(1)According to the results of this bibliometric study, the quantity and quality of scientific research achievements in the fields related to TCM and chronic kidney disease have been improved after 2000;The Scopus database pays more attention to the disadvantages of traditional Chinese medicine on chronic kidney disease than the CNKI journal database. The research on syndrome type is the focus of domestic research.Among them, the symptom study of patients with chronic kidney disease only describes its distribution, and does not explore the correlation between TCM symptoms and laboratory indicators in patients with chronic kidney disease.(2)Syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine is a comprehensive analysis of symptoms.Symptoms of fatigue and fatigue, shortness of breath and lazy speech, nocturia(increased frequency of nocturia),hand and foot convulsions, complexion dullness and edema in traditional Chinese medicine are related to laboratory indicators of chronic kidney disease. To some extent, they can be used to evaluate the conditions of patients with chronic kidney disease, and should be paid special attention to in clinical research and practice.
