Background:The 2017 China Cardiovascular Disease Report states that the incidence of coronary heart disease and the resulting mortality are increasing year by year,and that rural areas are more severe than in urban areas.In the past 10years,the number of patients with coronary heart disease has increased by 1 million.Early screening and early diagnosis play an important role in the post-treatment of coronary heart disease.In the conventional examination method,coronary angiography and coronary CTA are invasive examinations and the cost is relatively high.The electrocardiogram is non-invasive examination but the accuracy is relatively low.Some studies have shown that infrared thermography is a diagnosis for coronary heart disease.The direction that can be studied.Objective:To observe the infrared thermography of the chest and back of normal people and patients with coronary heart disease by infrared thermal imager,and to determine the temperature difference ?T of the same name on the chest and back,to explore the infrared heat map characteristics of patients with coronary heart disease and Correlation with the temperature difference of acupuncture points of the same name,and to explore the relationship between the temperature difference of the same name and the degree of coronary stenosis,in order to provide new ideas and methods for the early screening of coronary heart disease and the degree of coronary stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease..Research methods:By collecting the general condition of 94 normal people and patients with coronary heart disease,except for various abnormalities that may lead to abnormal temperature in the chest and back measurement area of the subject.Infrared thermography was performed in both groups,and two infrared thermography images of the front torso and the back trunk of the subject were recorded and measured twice.The secondary treatment measures the temperature difference of the acupuncture points of the same name of the subject.The patients in the observation group were diagnosed by TCM syndrome differentiation,and the coronary angiography was performed within 24 hours after receiving the infrared thermography,The coronary stenosis was recorded in patients with coronary heart disease.All data were entered into the EXECL table and the resulting data was analyzed using SPSS statistical software.Research result:1.The temperature of the infrared heat map of the chest of the control group decreased from high to low,the area color was uniform and soft,the boundary was clear,coherent,symmetrically distributed,and there was no low temperature zone.In the observation group,the temperature of the infrared heat map of the chest of the subject was mixed,the color of the area was disordered,the boundary was unclear,the distribution was asymmetrical,the high temperature area disappeared or transferred,and the low temperature area appeared.In the control group,the high-temperature area and the hot area of the back infrared heat map showed an inverted Christmas tree shape,and the temperature decreased from the center to the outside,and there was no blue low temperature area.In the observation group,the infrared thermography image of the back of the subject is not obvious at the boundary of the high temperature region,and the high temperature region shifts or disappears,and a large blue low temperature region may appear.2.The temperature difference ?T of the Ruzhong,Shenfeng and Rugen acupuncture points of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0,05).The temperature difference between the Lingxu,Yingchuang and Bulang acupoints was ?P>0.05,which was not statistically significant.The temperature difference of ?T of the Jueyinshu,Xinshu and Geshu points in the two groups was not significantly statistically significant.3.In the observation group,the temperature difference ?T of the Ruzhong,Shenfeng and Rugen points was p>0.05,which was not statistically significant.Analysis conclusion:(1)There is a characteristic manifestation of the infrared heat map of the chest and back in patients with coronary heart disease.(2)The temperature difference of the acupuncture points of the same name in some patients with coronary heart disease has the characteristic performance of infrared heat map.(3)There is no obvious characteristic difference in the temperature difference of the acupuncture points of the same name on the back of patients with coronary heart disease.(4)Different TCM syndromes of patients with coronary heart disease have different characteristic characteristics of infrared heat map.The central venous resistance type infrared heat map of patients with coronary heart disease showed irregular changes in"spotted spots".The qi stagnation cardiotype infrared heat diagram showed a lumps in the low temperature areas of both sides of the chest.The turbidity closed-type infrared heat map is roughly symmetric and low temperature.The infrared heat map of heart and kidney yin deficiency has a local high temperature area with irregular shape.The rest of the syndrome type of coronary heart disease patients have no characteristic infrared heat map.
