Part I: Changes of Neuropeptide Y in patients with coronary heart disease and changes in the dynamics before and after PCI treatment in patients with acute myocardial infarction。 Objective: To investigate the changes of Neuropeptide Y in patients with coronary heart disease and the changes of NPY before and after PCI treatment in patients with acute myocardial infarction. The serum NPY levels of 30 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)before and after PCI treatment and 50 patients with stable angina pectoris(AP)were determined by ELISA.The comparison between coronary heart disease patients and normal control group,AMI patients with PCI treatment before and after. Results: The concentration of NPY in patients with coronary heart disease including stable cardiac strangulation and acute myocardial infarction was significantly higher than that in the normal control group(P<0.05);NPY level decreased significantly after PCI operation in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Conclusion: NPY is involved in the development of coronary heart disease. The second part: To investigate the correlation between Neuropeptide Y and coronary artery stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease. Objective: To investigate the correlation between Neuropeptide Y and coronary artery stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: Gensini score was performed on patients with stable angina pectoris and myocardial infarction according to the results of coronary angiography, and relevant clinical data such as blood pressure, blood lipid, blood sugar, and gender were collected, and the correlation with serum NPY levels was analyzed. Results: The higher the Gensini score, the higher the NPY concentration and the positive correlation. Conclusion: The serum NPY level can represent the degree of coronary artery stenosis to some extent.
