| ObjectiveThis study takes the group of college students with introverted and extroverted personality traits as the research object.They were intervened by artistic conception exercises according to the introverted and extroverted personality traits.EEG synchronization technique was used to detect the changes of EEG power spectrum in all stages of artistic conception exercises.Comparing and analyzing the changes of EEG power values in the four training bands of δ,θ,α,β in different training stages and different brain regions,and analyzing the spatial specificity of EEG,in order to explore the effect of mood assignment on the EEG specificity of introverted and extroverted personality traits College students,to provide data support for the study of introverted and extroverted personality EEG specificity,and to enrich the research content of personality psychology of "Qigong regulating mind" in traditional Chinese medicine.MethodsEighty-eight college students were recruited and screened by Eysenck Personality Questionnaire.They were divided into introverted 30,extroverted 24 and intermediate 34,excluding the intermediate type.The subjects with introverted and extroverted characteristics were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the ratio of 1:1.The subjects with introverted and extroverted characteristics were 15 in each group and 12 in each group.Parallel blank control method was used.The subjects in control group did not participate in artistic conception.At any stage of the research,I do not know any content of artistic conception operation.The theme of artistic conception homework is "Spring sunshine warms my body".The experiment needs to detect the changes of EEG power spectrum synchronously in different training stages through three stages:centralized training-tutorial training-independent training.The changes of EEG power values in the four bands of δ,θ,α,β at different training stages and in different brain regions are compared,and then the EEG specificity of introverted and extroverted personality traits was analyzed.SPSS 24.0 software is used for statistical analysis.According to the data type,condition and purpose,the statistical analysis method that meets the demand is reasonably adopted.If the experimental data conform to the normal distribution by K-S test,the t test and Levin variance test are mainly used.If the data do not conform to the normal distribution after K-S test,the non-parametric test is mainly used for statistical analysis.Results(1)Before the experiment,the EEG power of introverted and extroverted personality of college students had no significant difference in the frequency band of 6 and θ.There were significant differences in the lead of alpha-frequency CP3,A2,FC4,T3 and CP4.The EEG power of introverted type was lower than that of extroverted type.There were significant differences in the lead of beta-band FP2,F7,F8,FT8,T3,CZ,C4,T4,CPZ and P3.The EEG power of introverted type was lower than that of extroverted type.(2)The EEG power values of introverted delta-band F3,O1 leads and beta-band T4,O1 leads can be increased after the intervention of artistic conception operation,and the EEG power values of alpha-band F3,CP3 leads and beta-band FC4,C3,CP3 and P3 leads can be reduced,but not for the theta-band;the EEG power values of extroverted delta,theta and alpha bands can be reduced for beta-band F8,FCZ,FT8 and C4 leads.(3)After the intervention of artistic conception work,the EEG power values in the introverted and extroverted comparisons were different in the delta band,in which the EEG power values of F3 and T6 leads were higher in introversion than in extroversion,FC4 and P3 leads were lower than in extroversion;in alpha-frequency A2 leads were higher than in extroversion,FC4 leads were lower than in extroversion.in the beta band,P3 leads were higher than in extroversion,F8 was lower than in extroversion;in theta band,there was no statistical difference.(4)EEG power values of introverted delta-band FP2,FC4,F3,O1 lead and extroverted delta-band O1 lead can be activated in the autonomous training phase of artistic conception task,and the whole EEG power values of introverted and extroverted theta,alpha and beta bands can be balanced.ConclusionsThe EEG specificity of introverted and extroverted personality is mainly concentrated in the difference of alpha and beta bands.The total EEG power of introverted personality is lower than that of extroverted personality.The effect of mood work on introverted and extroverted personality is calm and tranquil.The effect of extroverted personality improvement is more significant than that of introverted personality.After the intervention of mood work,the number of introverted and extroverted personality characteristic groups in alpha and beta band leads difference is significant reduced.When the artistic conception operation goes deep into the stage of self-training,the four bands of delta,theta,alpha and beta all change.The delta band EEG power of introverted and extroverted characteristic population is greatly increased,and the beta band EEG power is reduced.At the same time,the value of theta,alpha and beta band EEG power is balanced,so that the higher ones are reduced and the lower ones are raised.Equilibrating the whole brain’s EEG power to achieve an unprecedented new balance,and then reaching a new realm of "clearing heart and tranquilization".This process shows the brain’s control and the reconstruction of EEG distribution,which is realized spontaneously from inside to outside. |
