Evaluation Of The Clinical Efficacy Of Qingfei Huatan Huoxue Decoction In The Treatment Of Severe Mycoplasma Pneumonia In Children With Heat And Lung Closure Syndrome

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and coagulation function of Qingfei Huayu Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of severe mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(toxic heat and closed lung syndrome)in children.Methods:A total of 68 children with severe mycoplasmal pneumonia were enrolled in the study,from the Department of Pediatrics,Oriental Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.It is in line with the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for severe mycoplasmal pneumonia.The dialectical syndrome of Chinese medicine is a toxic heat-closed lung syndrome.It is divided into treatment group and control group by random number table.Among them,33 people in the control group were treated with Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with western medicine.The treatment group consisted of 35 people.On the basis of Maxing Shigan Decoction,blood circulation and blood-breaking drugs were added to form Qingfei Huatan Huoxue Decoction,combined with Western medicine treatment.The course of treatment was 10 days.The main symptoms and secondary symptoms of the two groups were scored before and after treatment.The effects of Qingfei Huayu Huoxue Decoction on children with severe mycoplasmal pneumonia were discussed.Results:The gender of the enrolled children was observed.The ratio of male to female was 1.06:1.The age was mainly preschool.Most of the children had bilateral lobectomy.The most obvious lung lobe in the lesion was the right lower lung,followed by the right upper lung,followed by the lower left.followed by the left upper lung.The total efficacy of the two groups was observed.The treatment group was cured in 9 cases,markedly effective in 17 cases,effective in 9 cases,ineffective in 0 cases,and the rate of sputum was 74.28%.In the control group,4 cases were cured,13 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective,and 0 cases were ineffective.The sputum rate was 51.51%,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in symptom scores between the two groups;after treatment,both groups scored decreased.The scores of the main symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).The scores of the main symptoms were different in the cough,chest radiograph and lung auscultation.The treatment group was better than the control group.(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between fever and phlegm and asthma(P>0.05).Among the TCM syndrome indicators,the two groups had better improvement in mental,facial,appetite,heart rate and fever symptoms(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).In the laboratory examination index,the WBC,N%,5 PLT,PT,APTT,D-D,and PCT of the two groups were compared with P>0.05,which was not statistically significant and comparable.After treatment,N%,PCT,CRP decreased,there was no significant difference between the control group and the treatment group;the D-D of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was P<0.05,which was statistically significant.WBC and PLT were higher than before treatment,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.Children with severe mycoplasmal pneumonia are prone to intrapulmonary complications such as pleural effusion,lung consolidation,atelectasis,etc;extrapulmonary complications can be seen with myocardial damage,pericardial effusion,viral infection,abdominal lymphadenopathy,severe stomach Intestinal reactions,urticaria,liver damage,etc.Conclusion:For children with severe mycoplasmal pneumonia who are syndrome differentiation of TCM and syndrome of phlegm and heat,the clinical efficacy of Qingfei Huayu Huoxue Decoction combined with Western medicine is affirmative.Compared with western medicine treatment of Maxing Shigan Decoction,the treatment group is improving cough and promoting phlegm.Loss of sound,chest radiograph absorption,lower D-D coagulation index,better effect,improve hypercoagulability,promote inflammation absorption,and curative effect,provide ideas for clinical prevention of severe mycoplasmal pneumonia with thrombosis or serious complications.It is worthy of clinical promotion,which is conducive to improving clinical efficacy.
