A Clinical Study Of Dangguihuoxue In The Treatment Of Early Swelling Of Tibia And Fibula Fractures

Objective: To observe the curative effect of early soft tissue swelling of tibia and fibula fracture by using Angelica sinensis living blood program,so as to verify the accuracy and scientific theory of Angelica sinensis living blood in the treatment of early swelling of tibia and fibula fracture,and provide basis for clinical formulation of treatment program.Methods: 60 patients with early swelling of tibia and fibula fracture admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given sodium aescinate tablets orally for detumescence,twice once and twice a day.The treatment group was given Angelica sinensis live blood orally,taking it twice in the morning and evening,50 ml each time.All patients were given the same basic treatment.The course of treatment in both groups was 7 days.The circumference of tibia and fibula fracture was measured 10 hours a day,and the difference of patient circumference was calculated.The pain of affected limbs was observed and scored.Results:(1)During the test,there were 2 cases of skin allergy in the treatment group and 1 case of automatic discharge in the control group.(2)there was no significant difference between the two groups in the treatment of limb swelling within two days after admission: the treatment group and the control group had significant difference in the degree of limb swelling on the 3rd,5th and 7th days of treatment,and the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(p < 0.05).(3)There was no significant difference in the treatment of pain between the two groups within 3 days.The two groups of drugs have significant differences in the treatment of patients’ pain 5 and 7 days after medication,and the curative effect of the treatment group is significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion: through this clinical trial,the effect of angelica living blood on early detumescence of tibiofibular fracture is observed.if P<0.05,the treatment group is better than the control group.angelica living blood is of positive significance for the treatment of early soft tissue swelling and pain of patients with tibiofibular fracture.
