| Objective:According to the emergency cases of different solar terms in Beijing from January 2014 to January 2019,to find out the disease susceptible and obstructive groups of each solar term each year,to explore the correlation between solar term climate characteristics and disease susceptible groupsMethods:This study used a retrospective case-control study.The case group consisted of all medical insurance patients who visited emergency departments in more than 200 hospitals in Beijing during the period from January 20,2014 to January 20,2019.The observation period according to the season of solar terms.If the same patient visited repeatedly during the same season,the number of visits would be 1.The control group was a permanent resident in Beijing,which was counted in April 2018.population,including 8128 366 males and 7905578 females.Both groups were born between January 21,1920 and January 21,2018.Men and women are separated,according to the birth period(from the "dahan" solar terms every year,every three months is a birth period,each spring,summer,autumn and winter four periods)that is the congenital constitution determined by the endowment of five circuits and six qi during pregnancy,men and women are divided into 98 years*4 =392 groups;The rate of visits for all groups in each solar terms is the number of visits to each population in the same solar terms(case group)compared with the number of permanent residents in the same birth period(control group);on this basis,we use Chi-Square test to compare and analyze the susceptible and obstructive groups of each solar term every year;Furthermore,in the five-year period,the same population of the same solar terms repeated more than two times,the susceptible population was determined to be the recurring susceptible population of the solar terms.Similarly,the repeated resistance groups were obtained,and the repeated susceptibility and repeated resistance of the 24 solar terms were finally obtained;Then,the single-circuit and single-qi comparative analysis of the five-circuits and six-qi endowment of the recurring susceptible population of each solar terms is carried out,and the characteristics of the yunqi endowment of each of the thrifty-prone people are obtained,and the specific correlation between them and the characteristics of the gas-saving gasification is explored.In the end,we will find out the relevant laws/judgment methods of what endeavours are susceptible to the endowment.Result:1.There are about 20 vulnerable/blocking people in each solar term every year.In the same solar terms,the susceptible population in each year and the susceptible population in the same year adjacent solar terms are only 1-3 in the same population,mainly in different populations;The same solar terms are repeated and susceptible to 15%of each solar eclipse in each year,and the same population in the adjacent solar terms is 3-7;2.Some susceptible people have accumulated many years of solar terms and become a common susceptible population.The study takes those people who at lest 3 years and is susceptible to>4 solar terms every year and the probability of occurrence in the affected population is less than 5 in 5 years as common susceptible population;the result is that males are generally susceptible/general resistance population is 10/9,female is 9/10;3.What are the rules and regulations of the endemic people who are susceptible to the endowment:1 susceptible to endowment/general vulnerability,repeated habits of yunqi,the overall analysis is "Shaotu""Taijin" "Shaoshui" "Taimu" "Shaoyin Zaiquan" "Taiyang Sitian" or "Jueyin Zaiquan""Yangming Sitian" are most,"Taijin" "Yangming Sitian" "Taiyang Sitian" and this 60years'"DaSitian"-"Jueyin Sitian Shaoyang Zaiquan" is just opposite to each other."Shaotu""Shaoshui" "Taimu" and "Jueyin Zaiquan" "Shaoyin Zaiquan" caused by "DaSitian" has become an endangered endowment;the general characteristics of the yunqi-bound endowment of people who are repeatedly obstructing people and repeatedly resisting the problem are the old-aged "Shaoj in" "Taitu" and the polite "Taiyang Zaiquan" "Shaoyang Sitian"or "Shaoyin Sitian".The relationship between the sputum and the sinus is the same as that of the big celestial qi,so it becomes the endowment of the endowment;2 the correlation analysis between the endowment of the four seasons and the vulnerable population is:the men and women are susceptible to "Taijin" "Shaoshui" "Yangming Sitian" and "Shaoyin Sitian"are in the spring,and the disease is caused by "Shaojin""Shaoyang Sitian""Taiyang Zaiquan"and "Jueyin Sitian".It is similar to the endowment characteristics of the general predisposed/obstructed population.Four season specific susceptibility analysis,spring susceptible endowment Both men and women are "Shaotu" "Shaomu" "Taiyanghanshui Sitian"(reverse spring Shengsheng gas),Summer The men and women who are prone to endowment are "Shaotu","Taiyanghanshui Sitian" and the man who have "Taihuo".the autumn is prone to endowment for men and women are"Shaoyin Junhuo Sitian""Shaoyang Xianghuo Zaiquan"(anti-autumn harvest killing the gas),"Yangming Zaojin Zaiquan"(added kidney dryness),winter susceptible to endowment men and women Both are "Taimu""Qiyin Fengmu Sitian""Shaoyin Junhuo Sitian"(anti-winter Tibetan gas),"Yangming Zaojin Sitian"(increased kidney deficiency);3 The yunqi of the 24 solar terms and the endowment of the vulnerable people is exactly the opposite,but it is compatible with or complementary to the people who are resistant to the problem(specifically omitted);4 Analysis of the characteristics of the birth season of susceptible populations,the population born in summer and autumn is generally more susceptible to spring and winter births in the four seasons,both men and women are so,spring/summer sowing/conceived to winter and spring,the endowment is more yin and less,and meets four o'clock The order of growth and collection is also inconsistent with that of "DaShiTian"-"Jueyin Sitain Shaoyang Zaiquan",so it is easy to suffer,and the summer and autumn births are the same.Conclusion:1.Classifying the population by birth date-five circuits and six qi endowment can effectively find out the season-susceptible population in each year,and the same season-susceptible population in many years.It clearly shows the difference of the selection of season and yunqi factors for the disease-susceptible population,and finds the correlation and judgment rule between the season and the susceptible population.2.Different people are susceptible to 24 solar terms each year.The most important determinants of the vulnerable people are the spirit of the company that rotates every 60 years for a big year,the passenger transport that rotates every year,and the 24 solar terms that are induced by the sun.3.The selection of season for vulnerable groups follows the rule of"seeking for the same qi",i.e.the nature of evil gas in vulnerable groups is the same as that of six seasons,which shows that the endowment of vulnerable groups is opposite to the characteristics of season gasification,or that the same sex adds too much(for example,men with excessive fire endowment are vulnerable in summer). |
